SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Xeracx.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrap kit of Choice: I am using PTU Honor Scraps Sweet Cupcake

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
Font for Name is Gabrielle
Copy write is always done in Pixilator HERE
Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-60/B-6.85

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
LET'S BEGIN
Open up new raster layer 800x800/will resize later/copy/paste
element 20/resize by 70%/copy/paste element 64/resize by 70%
copy/paste element 37/to recolor this element/resize it by 70%
adjust/hue-saturation/colorize at 0/adjust/hue-saturation/hue
saturation/lightness with these setting
click ok/adjust/sharpen/add drop shadow
copy/paste frame #5/resize if needed/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/click in side frame/selections/modify/expand
by 15/selections/invert/delete on paper layer/place underneath
frame/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize to fit frame
delete on tube layer/select none/add drop shadow to frame
duplicate tube/on original tube layer/blend overlay/place copy
tube underneath/main tube/at drop shadow to both tubes
copy/paste the following elements or choose your own to decorate
frame/resize any element if needed/add drop shadow to each element
element 49
element 48
element 24
element 41
element 42
element 52
element 63
using the font/add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add
drop shadow/ I wrote Sweet Cupcake
copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place tube on right side
of tag (see mine for placement)
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow.....now give your tag to a friend.
