This tutorial writer assumes you have a working 

knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Elias Chatzoudis.

Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Template of choice:I am using Dee'designs Depot Template Torture

Mask of Choice: I am using word art mask on template.... Thank You Dee

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Penta.com/dot and cross - HERE

Xero-Fritillary - HERE

Kang 1-Circuit Weaver - HERE

Font for Name is Painter

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Dropshadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-60/B-6.85

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination 

and make the tag your own you do not have to 

use any of the supplies I used.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate orange circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper 

by 70%/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/effects/penta.com/dot and cross with these settings/click ok

add drop shadow

activate purple square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper 

by 70%/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/recolor paper with color from tube/add drop shadow/leave

word art layer as is

activate left orange circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper 

by 70% twice/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/recolor paper with another color from tube/add drop shadow

activate right orange circle layer/recolor circle with same color as 

previously used/add drop shadow

activate white strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper by 70%

selections/invert on white strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

effects/xero/fritillary with these setting/click ok/add drop shadow

color white rims layer with the first color you used/add drop shadow

activate blue strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper by 70%

selections/invert on blue strip layer/delete on paper layer merge down

add drop shadow

merge all thre green center rectangles down/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper by 70%/selections/invert on green rectangle layer/delete on 

paper layer/merge down/effects/kang 1/circuit weaver/add drop shadow

on dotted frames/adjust/hue/saturation/hue/saturation/lightness with these

setting

leave word artas is /except change color of word art stops and add glow/add 

gradient glow to small words/add drop shadow to all

copy/paste tube of choice/resize by 80%/place in left side of tag/duplicate

tube and just place the head part in middle frame and place just the heart 

on sight frame/add drop shadow to all (see tag for placement)

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow.....now 

give your tag to a friend.
