This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Angela Diegel.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.
Get Her tubes HERE. For a Limited Time
Template of choice:I am using a forum style template by Spawn Templates #22

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
Xero-Porcelain - HERE
Font for Name is Stream Punk Flyer - HERE
Copy write is always done in Pixelette HERE
Drop shadow use through out / H-5/V+5/O-60/B-7.85

My tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own. You do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose a color from your tube
If you choose the tube I used/my color is #2796b9/Flood
Fill main bottom layer
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
activate black line layer/choose another color from your tube
my color was #49bedf/magic wand/flood fill with the color/
duplicate this layer two times/On bottom layer/adjust/add/remove noise
with this selection/on middle layer/change noise to 55/ on top layer
change noise to 60/close top two layers
bottom of triangle back/magic wand/click inside/flood fill with this
color -d63860/copy/paste close up tube/ invert on back triangle
delete on tube layer/selection/none/duplicate tube/blend /overlay
on orignal tude layer/lower opacity to 82% on same layer/drop shadow
on both layers
Bottom triangle Line/duplicate twice/ adjust/add/remove noise at same
adjustments as before/change setting to /bottom-50/middle-55-top-60
Right triangle background/magic wand/click inside/flood fill with this
color -d63860/copy/paste close up tube/resize if needed/ invert on back
triangle/delete on tube layer/selection/none/duplicate tube/blend /hardlight
on orignal tude layer/lower opacity to 76% on same layer/drop shadow
on both layers
Right triangle Line/duplicate twice/ adjust/add/remove noise at same
adjustments as before/change setting to /bottom-50/middle-55/top-60
Top triangle background/magic wand/click inside/flood fill with this
color -c2234c/copy/paste tube/resize if needed/ invert on back triangle
delete on tube layer/selection/none/duplicate tube/blend /screen
on orignal tude layer/lower opacity to 58% on same layer/drop shadow
on both layers
Top triangle Line/duplicate twice/ adjust/add/remove noise at same
adjustments as before/change setting to /bottom-50/middle-55/top-60
Copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on the left side of
the tag/add drop shadow/resize your tag if needed/add your copyright
To animate
Close the following layers
Black lines 2 and 3
Bottom triangle lines 2 and 3
Right triangle lines 2 and 3
Top triangle lines 2 and 3
Copy merge all other layers
take to animation shop and paste
Go back and close all first layers and open #2 layers
take to animation shop and paste after current frame
Go back and close all second layers and open #3 layers
take to animation shop and paste after current frame
edit/select all/animation/frame properties 30
save as gif
.....now give your tag to a friend.
