Open up new raster layer 800x800/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

copy/paste element #14/resize by 85%/place on upper left side 

of canvas/add drop shadow

copy/paste paper #5/resize by x:353-y595/place in center/new layer

raster/recolor square using color from tube-#12d3b2/merge down

copy/paste paper #1/resize by x:258-y306/place in center/new layer

raster/recolor square using color from tube-#12d3b2/merge down

copy/paste element #23/resize by 70%/add drop shadow

copy/paste frame #2/resize by 60%/place over top of paper#1/copy/paste 

tube/resize by 120%/place on right side of frame/duplicate tube/close 

duplicate layer/on original tube layer erase tube at the waist-down

effects/toadies/ommadawn with these setting

open duplicate tube/erase

tube from waist down/effects/penta.com/dot and cross with these settings

add drop shadow to frame and both tubes

copy/paste tube of choice/mirror/resize by 90% twice/add drop shadow

copy/paste element #12/resize by 70%/place at the bottom of frame/cover

bottom of tube/duplicate/mirror/cover the bottom of other tube/add drop

shadow to both elements

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

add your own word art if you wish/or use word art within the kit/add fat 

gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

activate rectangle 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge

leave thin rectangle layer as is/changed color of word ard to match

leave glittered medium circle layer as is/activate medium circle layer

down so that it overlaps the first circle

floodfill will any color/conver to raster/image/rotate left by 15

duplicate/mirror/flip/overlap on first rectangle

activate circle 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle 1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate circle 2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle 2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

of her head/duplicate/close this layer/delete on tube layer/open

duplicate layer/erase all excess tube except her hair/merge down

add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

add word art 

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow.....

To animate

open animation shop 3

find both animations 126 & 127

on animation 126/resize/285x132

on animation 127/resize/600x503

because the falling leaves animation has 31 frames and the bush

animation has 19 frames/you will get a blank out when you combine 

the two/so to make it continually flow you need to make the bush

animation 31 frames too/so select last frame/duplicate 12 times

go to psp closed all layers except nut/acorn/falling leaves/bird

feed/butterfly and background

copy/merge/paste into animation shop as new animation

duplicate 6x/click on last frame and delete 2x/select all

go to falling leaves animation/select all/paste into selected frame

place toward sqraul

go back to psp and close those 6 layers and open all except brush 

and copyright layer

copy/merge/paste into animation shop as new animation

duplicate 6x/click last frame and delete 2x

select all/copy into selected frame/paste close to line near the

bottom

go back to psp and close those layers and open bush and copyright

layer

paste into animation shop as a new layer

duplicate 6x/click on last frame and delete 2x

select animated bush 126 /select all/copy into selected frame/place 

next to the mushrooms

select all/bush with copyright/ paste into selected frame/place on 

top of animated bush/make sure the top of animated bush is showing

view animation/if satisfied save as gif

now give your tag to a friend.

paper of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer

delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow/resize/both glittered

rectangle and rectangle

resize doodle and recolor to match tag/duplicate/mirror and flip/add

drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your 

tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Cartoon Pink.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination 
and make the tag your own you do not have to 
use any of the supplies I used.



     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/keep background/on
background layer/effects/AAA frame with these settings

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate shape1 layer/choose two colors from the kit/place 
in material pallet/recolor shape1 with top color/adjust/hue 
and saturation/hue/saturation/lightness with these setting
click ok/add slight drop shadow

activate shape2 layer/recolor shape2 with top color/adjust
hue and saturation/hue/saturation/lightness with these setting
click ok/add slight drop shadow

activate rectangle1 layer/choose the other color in material
pallet/flood fill tool/fill rectangle with color/add slight 
drop shadow

activate rectangle2 layer/choose the other color in material
pallet/flood fill tool/fill rectangle with color/add slight 
drop shadow

change color to dotted rectangle2/copy/paste tube of choice
resize tube/to fit dotted rectangle2/freehand selection and
delete the excess tube/duplicate/on original/blend/overlay
place duplicate underneath original/add slight drop shadow 
to both

change color to dotted rectangle/copy/paste tube of choice
resize tube/to fit dotted rectangle/freehand selection and
delete the excess tube/duplicate/on original/blend/overlay
place duplicate underneath original/add slight drop shadow 
to both

leave circle left noise layer as is/activate circle left 
layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper/selections
invert on circle left layer/delete on paperlayer/merge 
down/add slight drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice
resize/add drop shadow

leave circle right noise layer as is/activate circle right 
layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper/selections
invert on circle right layer/delete on paperlayer/merge 
down/add slight drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice
resize/add drop shadow

activate thin rectangle right layer/copy/paste paper of 
choice/resize paper/selections/invert on thin rectangle
right layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop 
shadow

activate thin rectangle left layer/copy/paste paper of 
choice/resize paper/selections/invert on thin rectangle
left layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop 
shadow

leave glitter back as is/activate shape/flood fill tool
flood fill with 2nd color/add slight drop shadow

activate and recolor thin rectangle with the first color
add drop shadow

activate and recolor rectangle with the second color
add drop shadow

activate and recolor thin rectangle layer with 2nd color
activate thin rectangle2/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selections/invert on rectangle2 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

recolor word art/separte word art to have three layer/place 
them at different areas of the tag/add drop shadow to each

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your 
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow 

To Animate

copy/paste/merge tag and take to animation shop/find your animation
edit/duplicate your tag 5x then 3x times for a total of 21 frames
edit/select all/now go to animation/edit/select all/now go to tag and
edit/paste into selected frames/view animation/if satisfied/save as gif
