This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Animation Shop 2 or another animated program..Get it HERE
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Michael Calandra.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.
Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU Abstract Creations - Ice

Template of choice:I am using Designs by Ali Mask #155

Mask of Choice: I am using Becky_Mask #020

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
Font for Name is Redressed
Copy write is always done in Pixelette HERE

and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copy
right layer/close all layers/uncheck background/effects AAAframe
with these setting
copy/paste/paper of choice/resize to fit
frame/layers/load/save mask/find your mask/with these settings
click ok/layers/merge group
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
activate rectangle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle2 layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize
/place on left side/place underneath frame/duplicate and place
on top of frame/erase all excess at the bottom of frame/leave
top as is/add drop shadow to bottom tube and frame
leave all circles layers as is/copy/paste element of choice in
each circle/resize each element to fit circle/add drop shadow
to each element and circles
copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on top rectangle
add drop shadow/copy/paste frame of choice/resize to fit/add
drop shadow/copy/paste one of the word art/resize
add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow/give to a friend
To animate
Copy/merge paste tag into animation shop/edit/duplicate 5x and then 3x
for 21 frames/locate the animation you wish to use/edit/select all on
the animation/edit/copy/paste into selection on tag/place where you
want animation to be/ repeat with second animation/view/if satisfied
save as gif
