Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate large pink oval layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selections/invert on oval layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/add drop shadow

leave white heart layer as is/activate center heart layer/copy/paste 

paper of choice resize paper/selections/invert on heart layer/delete 

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate red small circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

leave white ring layer as is/add drop shadow to both

activate top pink rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/leave dotted rectangle as is/add drop shadow 

leave white glittered heart as is/activate right red heart layer/copy/paste

paper of choice resize paper/selections/invert on heart layer/delete on 

paper layer/merge down/leave heart criss cross shadow and heart criss cross 

as is/copy/paste close up tube of choice/place within heart/erase excess

tube underneath/add drop shadow

leave white circle as is/activate circle layer/copy/paste tube of choice

resize tube so head is within the circle/invert on circle layer/delete 

on tube layer/erase excess tube/duplicate tube/on original/blend/overlay

place duplicate underneath original/leave red ring as is/add drop shadow 

to both tubes

activate bottom pink rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/leave

dotted rectangle as is/add drop shadow 

leave all layers of wordart as is/leave both layers of little hearts as is

add drop shadow to hearts

copy/paste main tube of choice/resize if needed/place on left side of tag

add drop Shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shadow

to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

now swap out the top hearts with hearts that are within  the kit
resize until they are the same  size/add drop shadow/now merge down
the hearts on top one another/duplicate/mirror/flip/place where
bottom hearts are/delete top and bottom hearts

leave word art as is a place where it will look best after
placement of your main tube/or change it up by adding a
paper to it/add a slight drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/place where it will look best
add drop shadow/crop your tag to remove all excess canvas
resize your tag 577x590

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep activated

copy/paste tube/resize/place the part of the tube that you want to
show/on circle layer/invert/on tube layer/delete/deactivate
add drop shadow

copy/paste frame2/resize to fit circle layer

eyecandy 400-glass with these setting

add drop shadow/place over top of thin strip and rectangle

leave thin strip as is or change the color to suit your tag/add drop shadow

color rectangle to match your tag/I made mine a little darker/activate/
copy paste tube/place to the part you want showing/on rectangle layer
invert/on tube layer/delete/blend/overlay/add drop shadow

leave thin strip2 as is/add drop shadow

activate small circle/choose two colors that match your tag/ add gradient
to circle/change circle frame to white/add drop shadow

now add your main tube and place where you want it/add drop shadow

I change the colors of the word art to match my tag

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your own/add drop
shadow on each element/resize your tag if needed

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.

LET'S BEGIN

Open template/shiftD/close original template.Remove background and credits.Close
out every layer. Choose paper of choice/paste underneath all layers. Go to layers/
load/save mask/load mask from disk/find your mask of choice and paste with these
setting.merge group.

starting with blur mask layer.Change the color to reflect your tube.I also changed
the mask layer too to the same color.

activate small black circle.Copy/paste paper of choice.go to selection/ invert circle
layer and then go to paper layer and delete/ merge down.leave small striped layer as is.

leave pink circles/pink glitter circles as is.On large black circle/activate.
Copy/paste paper of choice.go to selection/ invert circle layer and then
go to paper layer and delete/ merge down.

leave blur circle and blue glitter circle as is.I change the color on the word art to
purple/left the rectangle black and merge visible the whole thing to place it lower.
(see my tag for ference)


place your main tube on top of large circle/place it where you want it activate
large circle/I used the top part of the tube/go to selection/ invert circle layer and then
go to tube layer and delete/add drop shadow.

add any elements you wish to use/make sure you add a drop shadow to each element.
place your main tube where you want it/add drop shadow.(see my tag if needed)

Add your copyright and watermark-(I put a slight gradient glow on mine)
and give your tag to a friend

     LET'S BEGIN

Open template/shiftD/close original template.Remove background and credits.Close
out every layer. Choose paper of choice/paste underneath all layers. Go to layers/
load/save mask/load mask from disk/find your mask of choice and paste with these
setting.merge group

activate rectangle fill layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to rectangle fill layer/invert/
go to paper layer and delete/merge down

leave the first wordart layer the way it is

activate rectangle frame layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to rectangle frame layer/invert/
go to paper layer and delete/merge down

copy/paste the closeup of your tube underneath the first wordart layer/duplicate and mirror
on the copy layer change blend to hard light/add drop shadow to both layers

remove the star layer if you wish.I replaced it with the star from the kit

on the second wordart/activate/copy/paste paper of choice/go to wordart layer/invert/
go to paper layer and delete/merge down

add any elements you wish to use/make sure you add a drop shadow to each element.
place your main tube where you want it/add drop shadow.(see my tag if needed)

LET'S BEGIN

For banner

Open Up A new Raster layer 600 x 200 / 72dpi

Choose two colors from your tube of choice...now go to color pallet and click

follow these setting.

Change your color pallet to black/fa6fe2 go to present with these setting

Open new raster layer and flood fill with gradient color/lower Opacity to 50%

now copy and paste your closeup on right side...look at my tag for reference

duplicate and close off copy layer...on main tube layer change blend mode to

screen and lower opacity to 50%...on copy layer change blend mode to soft

light and lower opacity to 50%

now copy and paste smaller close up on left side..check my tag for placement

go to color pallet with top black and bottom the same pink/go to present with

same setting and draw out a smaller rectangle..see my tag

add any element of choice/add drop shadow to each element

layers/merge flatten/go to image/add border with these setting/click ok

now go back and repeat but change color to black and all for boxes to 2/click ok

now duplicate 2x for three layer..click on pink border with magic wand

on main layer go to adjust/add/remove noise with these setting

on second layer change noise to 75 and third layer to 85/deselect.

Add your water mark and copyright closed this we will animate in a bit.

open up a new raster layer 150x150 / 72dpi

flood fill with your gradient color that you used in your banner

Change your color pallet to black/fa6fe2 go to present with same setting as above.

now copy and paste your closeup of just the head/duplicate and close this layer

on the main layer change blend mode to screen and lower opacity to 50

on the duplicated layer change opacity to 50

add any element of choice/add drop shadow to each element

layers/merge flatten/go to image/add border with these setting/click ok

now go back and repeat but change color to black and all for boxes to 2/click ok

now duplicate 2x for three layer..click on pink border with magic wand

on main layer go to adjust/add/remove noise with these setting

on second layer change noise to 75 and third layer to 85/deselect.

add copyright and license number and first letter of name

To animate

you with animate both banner and avatar the same way

close 2nd and 3rd layer and copy merge all other layers

take to animation shop and paste as new layer

go back to PSP and close 1st layer and open 2nd layer

copy merge and take to animation shop and edit/paste after current frame

go back and close 2nd layer and open 3rd layer and copy merge

go to animation shop and edit/paste after current frame

Now edit/select all and save as gif

Template of Choice: Rachael of Scraps of Enchantment. She has some awesome templates.

Elements of Choice: I used an element from Missy's Girl's Rock Too scrap kit.You can

Let's Begin

For this template you need to chose you tube first.if you colors don't match the

template you need to use the change to target bush to change the colors.

Open up Template ShiftD and close original.Delete copy layer.

Choose two colors from your tube if you're changing colors.

Go to punk layer and activate it....take your magic wand tool and choose

selection/rectangle and outline each area...then change color to the colors you

chose....do this with each layer except black star(leave as is).

Add your tube and resize if needed and add drop shadow to all layers....

Place your element where it will look best...Resize the entire tag if you choose

Don't forget to add copyright and watermark. Be nice to a friend and gift the tag

with their name on it...Congrats you're done...very easy...great for beginners
