This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting and click ok/delete background
layer

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

first resize all layers by 90%

activate lg square layer/copy/paste paper of
choice/go to lg square layer/invert/go to paper layer and
delete/merge down/adjust/Hue and Saturation/colorize with
these setting/click ok

activate lg square frame layer/colorizes with color of choice
copy/paste element of choice/resize if needed to fit inside
frame/add drop shadow to frame and element

activate circle4 bottom layer/copy/paste paper of choice go
to circle4 bottom layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow

activate circle4 top layer/copy/paste paper of choice go
to circle4 top layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow

activate square4 layer/magic wand/click inside/flood fill
with the color black

activate square3 layer/magic wand/click inside/flood fill
with the color black

activate square2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go
to square2 top layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow

activate square1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go
to square1 top layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow

activate circle3 layer/colorizes with color of choice
copy/paste element of choice/resize if needed to fit inside
circle3/duplicate/on main element/blend/screen/place duplicate
underneath/merge down/add drop shadow to circle and element

activate circle2 layer/colorizes with color of choice
copy/paste element of choice/resize if needed to fit inside
circle2/duplicate/on main element/blend/soft light/place duplicate
underneath/merge down/add drop shadow to circle and element

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go to
circle1 layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete merge
down/keep activated

copy paste close up tube of choice/resize by 120% if it's a
small tube/duplicate and close this layer/selections/invert
on circle layer/delete on tube layer/erase all excess tube/
open duplicate layer/take your eraser and eraser all excess
but you want this tube on top of circle frame/add drop shadow
to bottom tube

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element

copy paste main tube and place where you want it/resize if needed
add drop shadow

you can either add a word art to your tag or not...it's up to you
I chose to add a word art

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new template 700x700 (we will resize later)
choose paper of choice/copy/paste/go to mask of choice
with these setting and click ok

merge group/repeat this
new layer raster/flood fill with black/add mask/place
this mask underneath the first one/move black mask
slightly to left/merge down

copy/paste frame of choice/I used element 039/resize by
120%/magic wand/click in side each window/selections/modify
expand by 6/invert/go to paper layer and delete/keep left
window selected

open close up tube/resize by 120/go to left window/copy
paste into window/choose the part you want to show/frame
selection/invert/tube/delete/selections/none/earase all
excess tube that is left/duplicate tube/mirror/place in
right window

on left tube/blend/screen/add drop shadow/on right tube
duplicate on original right tube/blend/soft light/on
duplicate tube lower opacity to 24%/place this layer
underneath the screen layer/add drop shadow to both

on middle window/click inside/selection/modify/expand by 6
copy/paste close up tube/place tube where you want that
portion to show/frame layer/selection/invert/tube layer
delete/add drop shadow/selection/none/give frame a drop
shadow

copy/paste you main tube and place where you want it/add
drop shadow/resize your tag

you can either add a word art to your tag or not...it's
up to you

now add any other element you wish to use to make your
tag your own/add drop shadow on each element

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow/also to the name...now give your tag to a
friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

open new blank canvass 700x700
Copy/paste frame oval paper/resize by 40%/resize canvass by 660x768
copy/paste paper/vintage roses dark pink/resize to fit canvass
layers/load/save mask/load mask from disk/find the mask/apply with
these setting

click ok

activate frame/using magic wand click inside frame/selection/modify
expand by 14/copy/paste paper of choice/resize by 40%/go to frame layer
selection/invert/go to paper layer/delete/place paper underneath frame
now copy/paste word art paper/resize by 40%/because frame is still activated
just delete on word art layer/keep frame activated

copy/paste tube of choice/resize if needed/hit delete on tube layer/now
you can deactivate frame and add a drop shadow to frame and tube

on the tube layer/duplicate tube and close that layer/on original tube
blend/screen/on duplicate layer/xerox/radiance with these setting
lower opacity to 90%/add another drop shadow

now we're going to get creative and make your tag beautiful.Add any
elements you wish to use to make your tag personal to you.add drop
shadow to all elements.

once you finish decorating your tag/resize to your liking

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer
resize template 600x600 for space to work/we will resize again at the end/
close all layers/choose paper of choice/copy/paste and put underneath
square layer/go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...I resize

all layer by 85%/do this first so you won't forget

keep square layer 3 as is/copy/paste clover with word/place on top of square
layer on left side/resize to fit/blend/screen/add drop shadow/duplicate/
now close for later

activate rect2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to rect2 layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/delete original rect2 layer/add
drop shadow/

activate rect1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to rect1 layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/delete original rect1 layer/add
drop shadow/

keep square layer 1 and 2 as is/on square layer 1 move duplicate clover
on top near right side

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/on original circle layer/raster
deform tool/make circle a little larger so that it's a frame/activate
adjust/add noise with these setting

add drop shadow/on duplicated circle
activate circle/copy/paste close up tube/resize to fit/blend/screen/
add drop shadow

leave circle 1 layer as is/activate circle/copy/paste close up/resize
xero/fritillary with these setting

click ok/add drop shadow

now add any elements to make your tag unique/make it your own/remember
to add drop shadow on each element

copy/paste your tube where you want it/resize/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.

With a three piece set,the avatar,forum tag and siggy tag looks alike.

please do not take the siggy tag and try to stretch or shrink it. You must make

each tag separate. Because I wanted a 3 piece set.I made the template for

the siggy tag.You can get it above, or you can make your own.
Top set is made  for the scrap kit designer. 
Bottom set is made for the template maker

     LET'S BEGIN

      SIGGY TAG

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer

close all layers/choose paper of choice/copy/paste and put on top of

each rectangle layer/go to rectangle layer/selections/float/defloat/invert

now go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add drop shadow 

Copy/paste flower5/place somewhere in the middle/

resize to what looks best for you/add drop shadow

Copy/paste frame1 on top of flower layer/resize/add drop shadow

Copy/paste your tube/resize/duplicate/close top tube layer/on bottom tube

layer/go to blend/hard light/now go to xero porcelain with these setting

click ok/add drop shadow

On top tube layer/bring the opacity down to 50/add drop shadow

copy/paste tube and resize to make smaller than your main tube/duplicate

put one in lower right corner and one in upper left corner/add drop shadow

go to background layer/copy/paste bling/resize to your liking/duplicate

2x/close top 2 layers/go to adjust add noise with these setting/

click ok

on the 2nd layer change noise to 60%/on the third layer change noise to 70%

now close top two layer for later

now add the rest of your elements where you want them/make the tag your own.

Have fun with it/make sure you add a drop shadow to each element.

Forum Tag

Open up Simone's Template and ShiftD and close original

delete copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice/

copy/paste and put on top of each rectangle layer/

go to rectangle layer/selections/float/defloat/invert

now go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add drop shadow

Copy/paste tube layer/resize just enough so that it's at the top of the white

frame go to blend/screen/bring opacity down to 52%/add drop shadow

Copy/paste flower5/place somewhere in the middle

(refer to my tag) resize to what

looks best for you/add drop shadow

Copy/paste your tube on top of flower layer/resize/duplicate

close top tube layer/on bottom tube layer/go to blend/

hard light/now go to xero porcelain with these setting

 click ok/add drop shadow

On top tube layer/bring the opacity down to 50

add drop shadow

go to background layer/copy/paste bling/resize to your liking/duplicate

2x/close top 2 layers/go to adjust add noise with these setting

click ok/on the 2nd layer change noise to 60%

on the third layer change noise to 70%

now close top two layer for later

now add the rest of your elements where you want them

make the tag your own/Have fun with it/make sure 

you add a drop shadow to each element.

AVATAR

open new raster layer/170x170/flood fill with black

preset/rectangle/show nodes and create on vector checked

line style -solid/width 1/make a small line across the top/convert to raster

duplicate/flip/now make a small line on the right side/convert to raster

duplicate/mirror merge down each line layer

preset/rectangle/show nodes and create on vector checked

line style -solid/width 4/make a rectangle on left side/convert to raster

choose paper of choice/copy/paste and put on top of each rectangle layer/

go to rectangle layer/selections/float/defloat/invert/now go to paper layer

and delete/merge down/add drop shadow ( repeat 2 more times making the

middle rectangle a little larger the other two (see tag for reference)

Any any elements you want

go to background layer/copy/paste bling/resize to your liking/duplicate

2x/close top 2 layers/go to adjust add noise with these setting

click ok/on the 2nd layer change noise to 60%

on the third layer change noise to 70%

now close top two layer for later

add your watermark and copyright credits to all three tags...

To Animate

We will be doing the same animation on all three tags

open first bling layer/copy merge/paste tag into animation shop

go back and close first bling layer and open second bling layer

copy merge/paste tag into animation shop after first layer

go back and close second bling layer and open third bling layer

copy merge/paste tag into animation shop after second layer

view animation/if you're satisfied save as gif

now give your set to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN


Open up paper of choice/copy/paste and put on top of background layer/
go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

copy/paste frame2/place on top of mask layer/resize by 55%/
add drop shadow/place on top of mask layer


copy/doodle1/place on top of frame layer/resize by 40%/
add drop shadow/place on top of frame


copy/flower3/place on top of doodle layer/resize by 13%/
place in the middle of the doodle/duplicate and move on top of first
flower/duplicate again and place at the top of the doodle/duplicate one
last time and place at the bottom of the doodle/merge down each flower
until there is one layer/add drop shadow


copy/doodle2/place on top of frame layer/resize by 20%/mirror and place
near the top of the first flower/duplicate and bring the second one down
duplicate a last time and bring it down a little more(see my tag for reference)
merge down each doodle until you have one layer/add drop shadow


now close out the mask layer and take your magic wand and click inside
of the frame layer/selections modify by 10/copy and paste paper of choice/
resize paper/go to selections/invert on frame layer/delete on paper layer
make sure paper layer is underneath frame layer


copy/paste your tube or closeup of choice/place inside frame the part you want
to show/resize if needed/go to Xero- Porcelain/with these setting/click ok/

 

add drop shadow


now it's time to have some fun/add any element you want to make the tag your
own creation/resize to your liking/add drop shadow on each element


Finally add your main tube/add drop shadow


add your watermark and copyright credits...now copy merge and go to animation shop


Animation


copy/merge and take tag to animation shop/open up the animation/edit/duplicate 36x
copy/animation/paste into selection as many times as you like (I did 4x)
view animation/if you're happy with it /save as gif


now give your tag to a friend.

activate word backlayer/add drop shadow

activate word layer/copy/paste paper of choice/or use color of choice
if you use paper/go to word layer invert/go to paper layer and delete/
if you use color- use magic wand to click on the word/go to color
pallet and choose a color close to the kit/flood fill with that color
add drop shadow

activate starslayer/copy/paste paper of choice/or color of choice
if you use paper/go to word layer invert/go to paper layer and delete/
if you use color- use magic wand to click on the word/go to color
pallet and choose a color close to the kit/flood fill with that color
add drop shadow

on your star layer add gradient glow with these setting below

 

copy/paste your main tube /position it where you want it/add drop shadow

now add the rest of your elements where you want them.make the tag your own.Have fun
with it/make sure you add a drop shadow to each element.

add your watermark and copyright credits...now give your tag to a friend.
