     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new raster layer 800 x 800/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

copy/paste element #12-half cluster frame/resize by 70%/place

in center of canvas/add drop shadow

copy/paste tube of choice/resize to sit on top of book/add drop

shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop 

shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

Open frame of choice/shiftD/close original/resize canvas for 

room to workcopy/paste paper of choice/resize to fit canvas

layers/load/save mask/find your mask/and set with these setting

click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

click inside frame/selections/modify/expand by 10/copy/paste 

paper of choice/resize to fit canvas/selections/invert on frame

delete on paper layer/place paper underneath frame/add drop shadow 

to frame.

copy/paste/city back ground/put inside frame/reszize to fit/copy

paste word from kit/place inside frame/resize to fit/add drop

shadow

copy/paste bar stool element/resize and place on left hand side

add drop shadow

copy/paste tube of choice/resize tube to fit/place on top of bar 

stool/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to

each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient

sclick ok/leave small rectangle as is/add drop shadow

activate small circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

keep activated/copy/paste close up tube of choice/resize to fit

selections/delete on tube layer/duplicate tube/on original tube/blend

soft light/place duplicate underneath and lower opacity to 80%/add

drop shadow to both tubes/leave frame as is/add drop shadow

activate large rectangle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/copy paste frame of choice/resize to fit rectangle/add

drop shadow/copy/paste elements of choice/resize/add drop shadow to

each

activate small circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

leave frame as is/add drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your tag where

it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to each

element/place where they will look best

on word art layers change colors to match your tag/on shadows leave as is

add drop shadow to each

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow.....

view animation/if satisfied/save as gif

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow/leave word art
and word art background as is/add drop shadow

now add any more elements to your tag to make it your own
resize if needed/add drop shadow to each element

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

 LET'S BEGIN

            Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer
         resize template 600x600 for space to work/we will resize later
             close all layers/choose paper of choice/copy/paste and put underneath
             raster layer1/go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

On the each raster layers follow these directions

selection/float/defloat/copy-paste paper of choice/go to raster layer
 and invert/then go to paper layer and delete/merge down and add drop shadow

copy/paste snowflake 4/resize/duplicate 19 times/x out all layers but 

snowflakes/merge visable/add drop shadow and put underneath circle layer

 add the igloo/white tree/sign and snowman/resize and add drop shadow

add your main tube/resize and add drop shadow

on the three circle/selection/float/defloat/copy-paste paper of choice

 go to circle layer and invert/then go to paper layer and delete/effect
     3D effect/inner bevel/with these setting/click ok/do this on all 3 circles

       activate circle2/selections/float defloat/take you tube and place the part
         you want to show/go to circle layer and invert/then go to tube layer and     delete/now go to xero/radiance with these setting/click ok

                                  activate circle4/selections/float defloat/take you tube and place the part
                                  you want to show/go to circle layer and invert/then go to tube layer and
                                         delete/now go to penta.com/jeans with these setting/click ok

                                on circle 3 place whatever element you wish to use/add drop shadow
                                       add any other elements you wish to use/add drop shadow

                               on the candle layer I added Eye Candy 5/snow drift with these setting/

                               on the snowman and candle I added Eye Candy5/icicles with these setting

                              add your watermark and copyright credits...now give your tag to a friend.
