This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Animation Program: I'm using Animation Shop HERE
Animation of Choice: I am using Scrappy Bit of Fun Animation # 340

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Marika.

Mask of Choice: I am using Design by Moonbeams & Spiderwebs Mask # 22

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
Font for Name is Precious
Copy write is always done in Pixelette HERE
Drop shadows use through out are #1-H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00
#2-1/-1//30/3.00- and #3-2/-2/60/7.67

and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
LET'S BEGIN
Open up new raster layer 800x800/copy/paste shell element/magic wand
click inside top shell/invert/copy/paste closeup of choice/resize
by 130%/delete on tube layer/blend/lighten/add #3 drop shadow
copy/paste net/resize if needed/place behind shell layer/duplicate/flip
mirror/add#2 drop shadow
use the following elements to make your tag or choose your own elements
of choice/resize each element if needed/place where you want them or
follow my tag/add #1 drop shadow
element 14
element 15
element 16
element 7
element 6
element 3
element 8
element 9
element 18
element 1
copy/paste paper of choice/resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask
find your mask/and set with these setting/click ok
copy/paste main tube of choice/place it halfway on shell ( see my tag )
add #3 drop shadow
add word art of choice from kit if you wish/add fat gradient glow from a
color from the tag/add drop shadow
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow.....
To Animate
Close all layers except shell/plants/water plant/rope and mask layer
Copy merge/paste into anmation shop/open animation 340/edit/select all
On new raster layer/edit/duplicate 5 times/click on slected frame/delete
you should have 16 frames/edit/select all
Go to animation/edit/select all/copy/paste into selected frame 4 times
Go back to psp and close the open layers and open the closed layers
copy into animation shop as a new image/edit/duplicate 5 times/click on
frame/edit/delete/you should have 16 framesedit select all/copy/paste
into selected frame/center copy tag
view animation/if satisfied/save as gif
now give your tag to a friend.
