This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Robin Pushay.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Template of choice:I am using Toxic Desirez Template #100

Mask of Choice: I am using Vix PSP big mask #18

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Font for Name is Calligula
Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copy
right layer/close all layers/new raster layer/choose color 
from paper/flood fill with that color/effects/AAA frame/foto 
frame with these settings/

un check background/effects AAA frame 
with these setting

resize by 80%/copy/paste/paper of choice
resize to fit second frame/layers/load/save mask/find your 
mask/use these settings/click ok/layers/merge group

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 
down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
paper/selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper 
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
paper/selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper 
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on top rectangle
add drop shadow/copy/paste frame of choice/resize to fit/add 
drop shadow/copy/paste one of the word art/resize

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow/give to a friend

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok/keep background/floodfill

white/effects/AAA frame/foto frame with these settings

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

you want your tag to match your tube so change the color of

all layers if needed

activate word art/pick two colors from the papers/change color 

on word art alternating each letter/do the same for the hearts

add drop shadow

activate black circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on black circle layer/delete on paper 

layer/merge down/change color if needed/add drop shadow

activate heart gradient fill layer/using the darker color/choose

a lighter color to match/using these setting

activate heart frame layer/colorfill with the  darker color/add 

drop shadow

activate orange circle left layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow to circle/keep activated/copy/paste tube of 

choice/place in middle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer

remove excess tube/duplicate/on original layer/blend/hardlight/place 

duplicate underneath/add drop shadow to both tubes

activate orange circle right layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow to circle/keep activated/copy/paste tube of 

choice/place in middle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer

remove excess tube/duplicate/on original layer/blend/hardlight/place 

duplicate underneath/add drop shadow to both tubes

change colors on dotted circle left and dotted circle right/add drop

shadow/change color on word art to match tag/add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on your tag where it 

will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to each

place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animate

close copyright/main tube and wordart/copy/merge/paste everything 

else into animation shop/find the animation you wish to use/edit

duplicate you tag 6x and then click on frame and duplicate 4x

for a total of 41 frames/move curser to first 

frame edit/select all

on your animation #106/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into selected 

frame three times at different areas/

go back to tag and close all layers except tube/copy/paste and take to

animation shop/dulpicate tube as before for 41 frames/edit/select all

copy/paste/paste into seleced frame/make sure it's in the middle

go back to tag and close tube and open copyright and wordart/copy/paste

and take to animation shop/duplicate this tag for 41 frames/copy/paste

into selected frame/copyright should over on top of leg near the end

view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend

down/add drop shadow/change color on dotted circle1 and circle2 
to white

leave rectangle1 and rectangle2 layer as is/copy/paste element
of choice/resize/place on end of rectangle1/duplicate/flip
mirror/place on end of rectangle2/add drop shadow to both

change glittered circle1 to white/glittered circle2 to black
add drop shadow to white circle/change color on circle layer
to color from one of the elements/add drop shadow

leave square 1.square2 and square3 as is/also leave all three
square frames as is/add drop shadow to frames

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your 
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best

change color on attitude from wordart to match the tag/add
drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

keep activated/duplicate tube/on original layer/blend/screen
place duplicate layer underneath original/lower opacity to
52%/add drop shadow/lines circle as is

activate photo layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on photo layer/delete on paper layer/add
drop shadow/photo frame as is

activate photo1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on photo1 layer/delete on paper layer/add
drop shadow/photo frame as is

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add
drop shadow to each element

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your 
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

resize template 600x600 for space to work/we will resize again at the end/
close all layers/choose paper of choice/copy/paste and put underneath
brush layer/go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/delete original circle layer/add
drop shadow/keep activated

copy/paste flower element on top of lg circle layer/resize/place where you
want what part to show/resize if needed/add drop shadow

activate large rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to large rectangle
layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/add drop shadow

copy/paste a poser of choice/resize to fit large rectangle/blend hard light
duplicate/merge down/add drop shadow

activate small rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to small
rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/copy/paste another poser
blend soft light/duplicate and merge down/add drop shadow

leave all frame layers as is/add drop shadow to each

now add any elements to make your tag unique/make it your own/remember
to add drop shadow on each element/ I used several poser/ on sitting poser
xero/radiance with these setting/

on the lying down poser I just add drop shadow/
I also used the word art word art and circle word art

add your watermark and copyright credits/

give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.
