SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Sinful Mindz Poser.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

I made the template for this scrap kit,so if you're using
a different tube you will need to change the colors on the
template to match your tag/follow TOU for my template...thanks



     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting and click ok/delete background
layer

on gradient layer/copy/paste element of choice/ I chose the
splats/three on each layer/resize to fit/alternate colors
add drop shadow

on dark blue oval/copy/paste/element of choice/resize to fit
place where you want it/add drop shadow

activate green circle1/copy/paste one of the poser/resize/position 
where you want the part to show/selections/on green circle1 layer
invert/on poser layer/delete/duplicate/on original layer/blend/screen
place duplicate layer underneath and lower opacity to 64%/add drop
shadow to both

activate green circle2/copy/paste one of the poser/resize/position 
where you want the part to show/selections/on green circle2 layer
invert/on poser layer/delete/duplicate/on original layer/blend/screen
place duplicate layer underneath and lower opacity to 64%/add drop
shadow to both

on lg green circle layer/copy/paste another poser/resize/position where
you want it/add drop shadow/place your word art where you want it

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element/resize your tag

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting

and click ok/delete background layer

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

select your tube/you want your tube and scrap kit to
coordinate each other/just put it on the side for the time
being so that it is available when you need it.

activate circle layer/you should see marching ants surrounding
it/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper if it's to big by 60%
go to circle layer/selection/invert/go to paper layer and delete/
layers/merge/merge down/selection/none/keep selected/copy/paste
tube on top/resize by 80%/effects/VM Extravaganza-Color fusion
with these setting...

click ok/add drop shadow to circle and tube

activate thin rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to
thin rectangle1 layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge
down/add drop shadow

add element to this layer if you chose/resize to fit and add drop
shadow

activate thin rectangle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go to
thin rectangle2 layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge
down/add drop shadow

activate thin rectangle3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go to
thin rectangle3 layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge
down/add drop shadow

copy/paste another element of choice/resize to fit/add drop shadow

activate thin rectangle4 layer/copy/paste paper of choice go to
thin rectangle4 layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge
down/add drop shadow/put this layer underneath rectangle3.

activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice go to
rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/Keep activated
copy/paste your tube/resize if needed/add drop shadow

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element

you can either add a word art to your tag or not...it's up to you

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new template 700x700 (we will resize later)
choose paper of choice/copy/paste/go to mask of choice
with these setting and click ok

merge group/repeat this
new layer raster/flood fill with black/add mask/place
this mask underneath the first one/move black mask
slightly to left/merge down

copy/paste frame of choice/I used element 039/resize by
120%/magic wand/click in side each window/selections/modify
expand by 6/invert/go to paper layer and delete/keep left
window selected

open close up tube/resize by 120/go to left window/copy
paste into window/choose the part you want to show/frame
selection/invert/tube/delete/selections/none/earase all
excess tube that is left/duplicate tube/mirror/place in
right window

on left tube/blend/screen/add drop shadow/on right tube
duplicate on original right tube/blend/soft light/on
duplicate tube lower opacity to 24%/place this layer
underneath the screen layer/add drop shadow to both

on middle window/click inside/selection/modify/expand by 6
copy/paste close up tube/place tube where you want that
portion to show/frame layer/selection/invert/tube layer
delete/add drop shadow/selection/none/give frame a drop
shadow

copy/paste you main tube and place where you want it/add
drop shadow/resize your tag

you can either add a word art to your tag or not...it's
up to you

now add any other element you wish to use to make your
tag your own/add drop shadow on each element

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow/also to the name...now give your tag to a
friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer

close all layers except the background layer...the one we'll be working on

Choose a paper of choice(I chose paper #4)/copy/paste...now go to layers/Load/

save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting

see photo below....go to layers/merge group/resize by 80%

Puddles

now make circle layer active/selection/modify/smooth with these setting(see photo below)

choose paper of choice(I chose paper #6) now resize to 

fit circle go to selection/invert and click ok/go to paper layer and delete/layers

merge/merge down/keep activated...copy/paste the word art on top of circle layer

while still on the circle layer go to selections invert/ then go to word art layer and delete

de-activate/add drop shadow.

now we're going to activate the rectangle layer and copy/paste your paper of choice
while still on the rectangle layer go to selections invert/ then go to paper layer and delete
layers/merge/merge down/add drop shadow

go to the rectangle2 and rectangle3 layer and repeat the same process as you did with the
previous layer...do the same with ribbon1 and ribbon2
make sure you resize all your layers by 80% after each copy/paste

now come the great part....it's time to decorate...you can either follow my tag or you can use
whatever element you chose to use. I used the water,ducks,tree,cloud w/ sun and tag
make sure you add a drop shadow to each element...I used H-1/V-1/H40/B-5.00

To animate or not is up to you..the filter is very easy to follow,but I will try to explain it.

ok because I wanted the water puddle to be animated and have it rain too...I used the
Sqirlz Water Reflections filter...first you need to close off your three ducks if you're
using them. Copy merge your tag and paste as a new layer...now save this tag as a jpg.
Now open up the filter and go to open and find your tag.Once the tag comes up, go to
reflect option/customize rain/snow with these setting

number of raindrops/snowflakes-1967
Length-70   brightness-255    softness-100
Depth of field-10    width-2    speed 0.4
transparency-50   direction variation-0   direction-213

now click on the Y picture and click on rain/snow/ripple combination
next click on the red ring and draw a line around the water area
once that's done click on the animation...if satisfied click on the gif
button and save as a gif...once your tag is saved go back to PSP and
close all layers except the ducks...copy merge/paste as a new layer
remove all the excess surrounding area and copy/paste to animation shop
once in animation shop find your tag that your saved(make sure it's the gif tag)
this tag has 20 frames so you need to duplicate the ducks to 20 frames
copy and paste the ducks into the tag on top of the water...once satisfied
with your animation save as gif.

You're done!!!
