     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new raster layer 800x800/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

copy/paste frame #2/resize if needed/place in center of mask/copy

paste element #2- stairs/resize by 70%place inside the frame/add

drop shadow

copy/paste element #3-branch/resize so it's within the frame,but 

behind it/copy/paste element #4-tree/place on top of branches 

layer/resize by 70%/do not add drop shadow to these layers

copy/paste tube of choice/resize by 70%/place tube on top of stairs

placing feet othe bottom step/add drop shadow

now it's time to have some fun/add any other elements you wish to 

use/resize if needed/add drop shadow to each element/place where 

they will look best

add wordart if you wish/I used the wordart in the kit,but wrote it myself

with my font choice/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop 

shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

Click inside rectangle frame/selections/float/defloat/modify

by 15%/selections invert/copy/paste second tube/pace underneath

frame/position so that head is pass the top of the frame/duplicate

tube and close/delete on first tube/open second tube and place over

top of frame/eraser tool/erase any excess tube on top of frame at

the bottom of the frame/add drop shadow to bottom tube and frame

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop 

shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

copy/merge/paste remainder tag into animation shop/edit/duplicate

6 times/click on tag/delete 2x/you should have 31 frames

open up your animation/edit/select all

copy into selected frame 2x at different places

go back to psp/close layer you have open/and open layers you have 

closed/copy/merge/paste into animation shop/duplicate 6x/click on

tag/delete 2x/edit select all/copy into selected frame/place over

top of animation/make sure you paste in right place

check your tag if satisfied/save as gif

now give your tag to a friend.

To animate

Copy/merge paste tag into animation shop/edit/duplicate 5x and then 3x

for 21 frames/locate the animation you wish to use/edit/select all on

the animation/edit/copy/paste into selection on tag/place where you 

want animation to be/ repeat with second animation/view/if satisfied

save as gif

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
layers/load/save mask/locate mask/set with these settings
below/click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate lg square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on lg square layer/delete on paper layer/
color lg square frame to match tag/add drop shadow

activate circle4 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on circle4 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

activate circle5 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on circle4 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

activate square3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on square3 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

activate square4 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on square4 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

activate square2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on square2 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

activate square1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on square1 layer/delete on paper layer
add drop shadow

copy/paste element of choice/resize so that it covers most
of the layers you already did/add drop shadow

activate circle3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on circle3 layer/delete on paper layer
keep activated/copy/paste closeup tube/resize/delete on
tube layer/add drop shadow

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer
keep activated/copy/paste closeup tube/resize/delete on
tube layer/add drop shadow

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert/on circle1 layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/duplicate this layer/on original layer/blend
screen/lower opacity to 20%/on duplicate layer/lower opacity
to 20%/keep activated/copy/paste tube merge layer/resize
delete on tube layer/duplicate this layer so that it will
stand out

add any other elements to make your tag your own/add drop
shadow on each element/resize your tag

you can either add a word art or not.I added a little bit
punky using Majestic and Gill Sans Ultra Bold

copy/paste main tube/resize if needed/place where it will
look best/add drop shadow to tube

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

This tutorial writer assumes you have a 

working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Michael Calandra..You can purchase
 his tubes HERE...Please do not use without a license to do so

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using Aussie Scrap Designs PTU Scrap kit called Creepy Hollow

Mask of Choice: I'm using one of Vix Halloween 2010 #10...You can find it HERE
Put mask in mask folder..Thanks so much for the use of your Vix

Filters used:Screen work - Fabric Weave...get it HERE

Font for name is Blue Highway D Type and copy write is always done in Pixelette ...

     LET'S BEGIN

Open Up a new raster layer 700x630.floodfill white/Overtop of background layer/copy
paste paper of choice from kit/resize to fit layer...now go to layers/load/
save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting
see photo below....go to layers/merge group 

go to preset shape/with setting below/make a rectangle about the size as mine(see tag)
convert to raster/choose paper of choice from kit/resize to fit the rectangle layer/
with magic wand click on rectangle/on rectangle layer/selection/invert/go to paper
layer and delete.
 

copy/paste spider web from kit/place on left side of rectangle near the edge/place
spider near the edge at the top/duplicate 8x and move a spider down a little each
time so that you have a trail of the spider going down the page/close all the
spiders except the first spider

open/copy/paste/resize the scare cross/place on the left side on top of the trail
of spiders/add drop shadow
add the bat and duplicate 2x/place in the upper right corner and spread the bats
out/place the cloud over two of them.
copy/place/resize and place the dying tree2 on the right hand size/add drop shadow
copy/place/resize and place the head stone over top the tree/add drop shadow

copy/paste the spider/place on right side of tomb stone/placespider near the edge
at the bottom/duplicate 8x and move a spider up a little each time so that you
have a trail of the spider going up the tomb stone/close all the spiders except
the first spider
copy/paste/resize your tube and place behind tombstone/duplicate and close this layer
noe go to screenwork/fabic weave/change the blend mode to screen/open the duplicate
and lower the opacity to 60%.now open your tube and select the top part and paste
on the other side on top of the cross/add drop shadow and change blend mode to hard light.

Add the wordart Creepy hollow /add drop shadow/resize your tag
Add your water mark and copyright

to animate

Copy merge/paste to animation shop as a new layer
back to paint shop pro/close two spider layers and
open up the next two spider layers
copymerge/paste after current tag
continute until all spider layers are copy into animation shop
you should have 8 layers
edit select all/animation/frame property 100
save as gif

now give to a friend
