This tutorial writer assumes you have a working 

knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Selina Fenech.

Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Template of choice:I am using amyandleahgimptastic tuts Template #15

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

AAA Frame - Foto Frame - HERE

Font for Name is Precious

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination 

and make the tag your own you do not have to 

use any of the supplies I used.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright 

layer/close all layers/except background/AAA Frame on 

background with these setting

copy/paste paper of choice resize to fit 

canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask/and set with these 

setting/click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate small square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

invert on square layer/delete on tag layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activited square 2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on square 2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

change color of square frame to white/add drop shadow

activate square 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on square 1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle 2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle 2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle 1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate circle 3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle 3 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/leave circle 3 back as is/add drop shadow

activate circle 2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle 2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/delete on tube

duplicate tube/on original/blend/overlay/place duplicate under

neath original/add drop shadow to bottom tube/leave circle 2 

back as is/add drop shadow

activate circle 1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle 1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/leave circle 1 back as is/add drop shadow/copy/paste element 

44/resize by 60%/place on top of circle1/duplicate/mirror

Copy/paste element 21/resize by 60%/place between the waves/add

drop shadow/copy/paste element 35/resize to fit circle 1/place on 

top

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to

each element/place where they will look best

copy/paste tube of choice/mirror and place on top of circle 1/add

drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....

To Animated

copy/paste one of the wave to animation shop

animation/image effect with these settings 

and customization

click ok/you should have 20 frames

copy/paste the other wave to animation shop

animation/image effect with same settings and customization

click ok/you should have 20 frames

minimize these for now

go back top and close the following layers

butterflies

seashell

anchor

main tube

element 35

2 waves

copy/paste/merge the rest of the layers/paste into animation shop

edit/duplicate selected 5x then click on frame and duplicate 3x then

click on frame and delete/you should have 20 frames

edit/select all of the first wave/copy into selected frame of your tag

place wave on top of circle on left side/repeat with the second wave

placing on the other side

go back topsp/close above layers and open all the rest/copy/merge and

take into animation shop/duplicate as above until you have 20 frame

edit/select all/copy into selected frame/make you place exactly over

circle/view animation to make sure it's fitted correctly.

If satisfied save as gif

now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting and click ok/delete background
layer

activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to
rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge
down/add drop shadow

activate thin rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go
to thin rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/keep activated

activate purple circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice go
to purple circle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow

delete the white circle layer/copy/paste frame4/resize to fit
circle/add drop shadow

copy/paste your tube/place underneath frame and place where it
will look best/resize if needed/duplicate and place this over top
of frame/now take your eraser tool and erase the parts that are
not showing if needed( I wanted her tail and head above the frame)
add drop shadow to both

copy/paste the splash and place underneath of the tube/label splash
1/erase all that is outside pf the frame/now copy/paste the splash
again/place on top of tube/label splash 2/take your eraser tool and
erase some on both sides so that the splash is confine to the area
between her backside and her upper thigh/copy/paste splash again
label splash 3/place this splash higher up on the tube so
that it's just touching her hair and stomach/erase any portion that's
over top of frame/copy/paste splash for the last time/label splash 4/
place this splash higher still so that part of her back and some of
her hair is covered/erase all that is outside of the frame.

you should have 4 splash layers/turn off all but the first one/that's
the one that's underneath the tube

copy/paste the turtle/resize to your liking/place the turtle at the
very edge of the rectangle layer/add drop shadow/duplicate the turtle
and label turle2/place the turtle a little bit higher than the first
turtle/duplicate this turtle and label turtle3/place this turtle a
little higher still(like he's crawling towards the mermaid)he should
be on the frame/ duplicate this turtle and label turtle4/place this
one right at the mermaid's backside(showing that he's reach her/

you should have 4 turtle layers/now close all layers except the first
one

activate green circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to green
circle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add
drop shadow

activate white circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to white
circle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/I chose to
leave the circle as is/while still activated copy/paste your tube and
place just the head shot in the circle/resize if needed/go to circle
layer/selection/invert/tube layer/delete/erase everything outside the
circle/duplicate the tube/ on top tube/blend hard light/move duplicate
beneath this layer/drop shadow on both

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow/either add some word art or a friend's name

Now to animate

since every thing is closed that needs to be/copy merge/paste into animation
shop/now got back to psp/close splash1 and turtle1 and open up the second
ones/copy merge and paste into animation shop after current frame/go back
to psp/close the 2nd layers and open the third and copy merge/paste into
animation shop after current frame/one last time/go to psp and close third
layers and open fourth layers and copy merge/paste into animation after
current frame/ you should have four frames/edit/select none/click on first
frame/animation/frame properties/50/click on 2nd frame/animation/frame
properties/75/click on 3rd frame/animation/frame properties/95/click on last
frame/animation/frame properties/135/view animation/if you like save as gif.
