This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: within kit

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using FTU Tyger Tibits - Kiss A Frog

Template of choice:I am using SpawnsFS Template #084

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Font for Name and word art is Neuropol

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Dropshadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate main background layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on background layer/delete

on paper layer/merge down

activate left doreground layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/inverton left background layer

delete on paper layer/mergedown

activate bottom right foreground layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on bottomrightforeground layer

delete on paper layer/merge down

activate top right foreground layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on top right foreground layer

delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate top right background layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on top right background layer

delete on paper layer/merge down/color right line outlineto

match tag/recolor left line background to match tag/color left

line backgroung to match tag

color border to match tag

copy/paste your tubes of choice/resize if needed/place on your 

tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

open 160 x 160  new raster/copy/paste paper of choice/resize to fit.

add border/copy/paste one of the frogs from the kit

resize tube to fit/add copyright info/add name

and set with these setting/click ok/open background/effects

activate top rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate bottom rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow/copy paste element of choice/resize if 

needed/add drop shadow

activate large rounded square layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate medium rounded square layer/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate circle3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle3 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/keep activated/copy paste close up tube of choice/resize 

if needed/delete on tube layer/duplicate/on original/blend

soft light/put duplicate underneath original/add drop shadow

to bottom tube

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your 

tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

with these setting/resize by 80%/copy/paste/paper of choice
resize to fit second frame/layers/load/save mask/find your 
mask/click ok/layers/merge group

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 
down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
paper/selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper 
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
paper/selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper 
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on top rectangle
add drop shadow/copy/paste frame of choice/resize to fit/add 
drop shadow/copy/paste one of the word art/resize

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow/give to a friend

to make your own/first choose a frame/resize/add any element
you wish to use/resize each element/place your elements where 
you want to make them look best/add drop shadow to each elemnt
now resize so that it's not to big/save frame for future use

copy/paste cluster frame/resize if needed/click inside frame
selection/modify/expand by 12/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
to fit/selections invert on frame/delete on paper/place paper
underneath frame/add drop shadow to frame

Copy paste/tube of choice/resize/position within frame where it 
will look best/resize if needed/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add
drop shadow/resize tag

open new raster layer/font/neuropol/pick two colors from the tag
write out steam punk beauty/or you can make up a different wordart

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

resize paper/selections/invert on frame layer/delete on 

paper layer/merge down on group/keep activate/copy/paste

tube of choice/resize to fit/delete on tube layer/duplicate

on original/blend/overlay/place duplicate beneath original/

add drop shadow to frame and tube

add any other element you wish to use/resize each element

add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube of choice/resize if needed/place 

your tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
