This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Font for Name is Neuropol
Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...
If you need to recolor elements to match tube.

activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/add drop shadow

leave circle as is/add drop shadow/activate small circle 
layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize/selections/invert
on small circle layer/delete on paper layer/keep activated
copy/paste close up tube/resize to fit/delete on tube layer
keep activated/duplicate tube/on original layer/blend/screen
place duplicate layer underneath original/lower opacity to
52%/add drop shadow/lines circle as is

activate photo layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on photo layer/delete on paper layer/add
drop shadow/photo frame as is

activate photo1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on photo1 layer/delete on paper layer/add
drop shadow/photo frame as is

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add
drop shadow to each element

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your 
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

resize paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on
paper layer/merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize
if needed/add drop shadow to both

activate long rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on long rectangle layer/delete
on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize if
needed/add drop shadow to both

activate thin rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on thin rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate large circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on large circle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize
to fit/delete on tube layer/duplicate/on original/blend/overlay
place duplicate layer underneath original/add drop shadow to all

activate smaller circle/copy/pase paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on smaller circle layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize to fit/add drop
shadow/circle frames as is/add drop shadow

activate medium circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on medium circle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube again/resize
delete on tube layer/on original layer/blend/screen/place
duplicated layer/underneath original/add drop shadow to all

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add
drop shadow to elements/add any word art/resize if needed/add
drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting and click ok

delete background layer

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

Color rectangle1 and rectangle2 to match you color scheme of your
tag/add drop shadow to both

Leave thin rectangle1 and thin rectangle2 as is (or change color
to match your tag) /add drop shadow to both

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep activated

copy/paste tube/resize/place the part of the tube that you want to
show/on circle layer/invert/on tube layer/delete/deactivate
add drop shadow

copy/paste frame2/resize to fit circle layer

eyecandy 400-glass with these setting

add drop shadow/place over top of thin strip and rectangle

leave thin strip as is or change the color to suit your tag/add drop shadow

color rectangle to match your tag/I made mine a little darker/activate/
copy paste tube/place to the part you want showing/on rectangle layer
invert/on tube layer/delete/blend/overlay/add drop shadow

leave thin strip2 as is/add drop shadow

activate small circle/choose two colors that match your tag/ add gradient
to circle/change circle frame to white/add drop shadow

now add your main tube and place where you want it/add drop shadow

I change the colors of the word art to match my tag

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your own/add drop
shadow on each element/resize your tag if needed

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.

open up the cluster frame/layer new raster layer/copy/paste paper of choice

go to layers/load/save mask/save mask from disc/with this setting/click ok

layers/merge group

go to frame layer and click inside of frame/selection modify/expand by 8

copy paste paper of choice/resize to fit/now go to frame layer/invent

now go to paper layer and delete/place paper underneath frame/add drop

shadow to frame

click inside frame/selections modify by 8/copy/paste close up tube on top

of frame/resize/now go to frame layer/selection/invert/go to tube layer

and delete/add drop shadow/duplicate tube/on original tube layer/left click

blend/screen/on duplicate layer lower opacity to 76

add any element you wish to use from the kit/resize if needed/add drop shadow

add your main tube/mirror/resize/adjust sharpen/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open Template/shift/D/ Close the original Template/delete credit layer
Image/ resize 700x700 /we will resize again at the end

go to last layer/copy/paste paper of choice/place below black circle layer
resize paper to fit canvas/now go to layers/load/save mask/load mask from
disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting see photo below....

go to layers/merge group

open black circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper/on circle
layer/selection/float/unfloat/invert/go to paper layer and delete/layers
new raster layer on top of black circle layer/Text tool/background/foreground
white/size 10/font-awakening/Type out Happy Hallow EMO/Convert to raster/Object
center/selection/float/defloat on black circle/effect/mura's meister/copies
with these setting

 delete extra layer/selections/none/add drop shadow

On circles 4-3 and 2/one at a time/selections/float/defloat/invert/copy/paste
paper of choice/resize to fit/delete paper layer/selection/none/merge down/
place spider frame of choice on each of the small circles

open your tube and place a different part on each of the small circles/one at
a time/you may need to resize the tube to get it to fit the way you want.
Do the same with circle one/add xero porcelain with these setting

add your remaining elements to finish up your tag
add your main tube 

add copy right and your watermark

now give to a friend

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...copy/paste a paper of choice
go to layer/load/savemask and find your mask .....with the following
create mask from source luminance/Orenitation:fit to canvas/Options: hide all mask
hit load....merge group...now follow these directions for all layers

select/float/defloat...copy/paste paper....go to octo1 layer and invert...go to paper
layer and delete/deselect/merge down and add drop shadow...repeat this with all layers

now go back to oto1 layer and select/float/defloat...copy/paste your tube os choice
and place where you want it...go to octo1 layer and invert...go to tube layer and delete
add drop shadow...add elements and wordart...add drop shadow...add your main tube where
you want it resize and add a drop shadow...resize entire tag before you place your
copyright and watermark....You're done!!!
