knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Pinuptoons.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU Dees'Sign Depot Gem
Collection- Peridot...You can purchase it HERE ...Thanks Dee

Bling of Choice: I'm using Simone's Bling #80-the bling
series #010...download HERE Thanks Simone

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Xero - Radiance...HERE and AAA Frame - Foto frame...HERE

Font for Name is Placard Condensed
Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

     LET'S BEGIN

open frame2/resize canvas to 800x834/click inside circle with
magic wand/selections/modify/expand by 10/copy/paste paper of
choice/selections/invert on frame layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/place paper layer underneath frame/keep activated
copy/paste closeup of tube/resize by 140%/delete on tube layer
xero/radiance with these setting/click ok/add drop shadow to
tube and frame

copy/paste frame1/click inside each window/selection/modify
expand by 8/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper/selection
invert on frame layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/place
paper underneath frame/copy/paste elements of choice/place one
in each window of frame/resize if needed/add drop shadow to
elements and frame

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your
tube where it will look best/add drop shadow

now add any other elements to your tag to make it your own
resize if needed/add drop shadow to each element/also add
wordart of choice/resize/add drop shadow

On bottom layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

to fit canvas/place paper at the bottom/effects

AAA frame/Foto Frame with these setting/click ok

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

now to animate

you can either animate or not/I chose to add some bling to
my tag

copy/merge  and take to animation shop/find the bling
you want to use/my bling had 21 frames/so you need to add 21
frames to your tag

to do this go to edit/duplicate selected
five times to give you 17 frames/click on tag/go to duplicate
selected three times/you should have 21 frames

edit selectall on bling/copy bling/edit select all on you tag
paste into selected frame/place where you want your bling

I did this twice so that the bling could be at the top and bottom

view animations
If you like/save as gif

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting

click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle1 layer/go to adjust/hue/saturation/hue
saturation/lightness with these settings/color the

circle with color # 

then adjust/hue/saturation/hue map with these setting

click ok then go back and change to these setting/click ok

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/add
drop shadow/add element of choice/resize if needed/add drop
shadow

activate circle3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert on circle3 layer/delete on paper layer
keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize if needed
delete on tubed layer/duplicated/on original layer/blend
overlay/place duplicated layer underneath/add drop shadow
to all

activate small circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize/selection/invert on small circle layer/delete on
paper layer/add drop shadow/add element of choice/resize
if needed/add drop shadow

changed color on word art/effects/eye candy gradient glow
with these settings/click ok/add drop shadow

change color of pink stars and strip to match your tag/add
gradient glow to strip with same settings as above/add drop
shadow to strip

copy/paste main tube to your tag/place where it will look
best/resize if needed/add drop shadow

add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow to each element

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
layers/load/save mask/load mask from disk with these setting
click ok

place the circles on top of the rectangles

activate rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert/on rectangle1 layer/delete
on paper layer/copy/paste tube of choice/do not resize
add drop shadow to rectangle and tube

activate rectangle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle2 layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize if
needed/ add drop shadow to both

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize if
needed/ add drop shadow to both

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/copy/keep activated/copy paste tube of
choice/resize if needed/delete on tube layer/add drop shadow

add any other elements to make your tag your own/add drop shadow
on each element/resize your tag

copy/paste main tube/resize if needed/place where it will look
best/add drop shadow to tube

using your font/type out your name/apply bevel with these
setting click ok/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
