Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate small circle 2 back/copy/flood fill with white-#ffffff

add drop shadow

activate small circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate small circle 1 back/copy/flood fill with white-#ffffff

add drop shadow

activate small circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

Leave large circle  back layer as is/add drop shadow

activate large circle/taking a color from the paper #2 and flood fill

the large circle

activate rectangle 3 back layer/copy/flood fill with white-#ffffff

add drop shadow

activate rectangle 3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/keep activated/copy/paste closeup tube/delete on tube layer

activate rectangle 2 back layer/copy/flood fill with white-#ffffff

add drop shadow

and rectangle

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop 

shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....

To animated

close name,white angle and flower

copy/merge tag and take to animation shop

edit/duplicate 5 times/click on top frame and duplicate 3 times

edit/select all

open your animation of choice/edit select all/paste into selected

frame/place on both sides of smaller frame/see my tag for placement

go back to psp and close layers and open the three that were closed.

copy/merge and take to animation shop

edit/duplicate 5 times/click on top frame and duplicate 3 times

edit/select all/paste into selected frame on top of animated frame

view animation/if satisfied/save as gif

now comes the time when you can let your creativity flow/add any 

other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shaow

to each element

on tube layer/take eraser tool and erase any excess tube/add 

drop shadow

copy/paste main tube of choice/place on right side of tag/sitting

on pillow/resize pillow and tube to your liking/add drop shadow 

to both

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop

To begin you need to make a cluster frame,because I can not 
supply the one I made/copy/paste frame of choice/or choose 
elements from the kit to make a frame/now choose any elements 
you want to put on the frame/be creative/every tag should be 
different,but yet similar to mine/add drop shadow to each element     

if you use a mask/copy/paste paper of choice/resize to fit/
layers/load/save mask/find your mask/use these settings/click 
ok/place underneath cluster

once your cluster is made/copy/paste either a paper or a 
element for inside the frame/if you use a paper/copy/paste
paper/resize paper/selections/modify/expand by 8/invert 
on frame layer/delete on paper layer/place underneath frame
add drop shadow to frame

keep this layer activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize
if needed/place where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper

layer/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice/resize

to fit/adjust/sharpen/ add drop shadow

leave 4 circle as is/activate circle layer/copy/paste paper

of choice/resize paper/selection/invert on 4 circle layer

delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy/paste

element of choice/resize to fit/place an different element 

on each circle/add drop shadow

activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selection/invert on circle3 layer/delete on paper layer

change frame color to white/add drop shadow

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper

layer/add drop shadow/keep activated/copy/paste tube of 

choice/resize to fit/delete on tube layer/effects/xero

porcelain with these setting/add drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your 

tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other element you wish to us/resize each element and

place where they will look best/add drop shadow to each

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

resize/place on top of circle/duplicate and mirror/copy/paste

another element/resize/place on top of first element/duplicate

and mirror

activate double circles layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on double circles layer/delete on paper

layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice

resize/place near top/duplicate element and place near bottom

of second circle/add drop shadow to elements

activate double strips layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on double strips layer/delete on paper

layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate large rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on large rectangle layer/delete on paper

layer/merge down/color dotted line 1&2 to match tag

activate double circles2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on doubles circle2 layer/delete on paper

layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize

so that the face is within the circle/delete on tube layer

duplicate/on original layer/blend/screen/place duplicate underneath

drop shadow on both tubes/do this for both circles

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place in between

double circles/effects/AAA Frame/Foto Frame with these setting

add drop shadow

copy/paste word art of choice/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow

to each/place where they will look best

     LET'S BEGIN

copy/paste paper of choice/and put underneath background layer
go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

Open up Frame/ShiftD and closed original/remove copyright
information/click inside the sections of the frame/selections
modify/contract by 10%/copy/paste paper of choice/resize if
needed/go to frame layer/selections/invert/paper layer/delete
change color of paper to match tube choice

close paper layer for now/magic wand/click inside left lower
portion and middle area/selections/modify/expand by 12%/copy
paste your tube on left hand side/make sure it covers the small
lower portion and half of the left side(see my tag for reference)
on frame layer/selections/invert/on tube layer delete/duplicate
tube layer/on original layer/blend luminance legacy/on duplicated
layer/lower opacity to 66%/place this layer underneath original
layer/selection/none/add drop shadow to both/close both layers
for now

magic wand/click inside upper right portion and middle portion
selections/expand by 12%/copy/paste tube again/this time resize
tube by 120%/selections/invert/tube layer/delete/duplicate tube
on original layer/blend/screen/on duplicated layer/place under
neath original tube layer/selections/none/add drop shadow to both
open up the lower selections

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element

copy/paste your main tube and place where it will look best/add
drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
