Here's another tutorial I wrote because I received a lot of feed back on the tag.
Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.All my tutorial are register
with My Free Copyright. Please do not claim as your own.This tutorial writer assumes you
have a working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro. This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Barbara Jensen.. You can purchase
her tubes HERE. Please do not use without a license to do so

Template of Choice: I'm using Template #122 by Blissfully Beth..you can get it HERE

Mask of choice: I'm using Weescotslass Creations Mask 255..You can get it HERE

Font for name is Franklin Gothic Demi and copy write is always done in Pixelette ... Get them HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5


     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer
activate white background..layers/new raster layer/ok...floor fill with color of choice from your tube
go to layers/load/save mask and find the mask you're using with the following input

create mask from/source luminance...orientation/fit to layer...Option/hide all mask/load
then go to layers/merge/merge group

Because the tubed I used had the same colors as the template...there wasn't much else to do as far
as coloring was concern. I did make sure that all the layers had the above mention drop shadow.

place your tube between the red circle back and the 1 layer...duplicate the tube layer
and x out the copied layer...eraser the over hang of the tube on the bottom and top.
activate the copy layer and just eraser the bottom part and leave the top part hanging on top
of frame.the copy layer should be between the black line layer and th dot layer.

go to the back circle layer and activate with the magic ward...take your tube and place the part
that you want showing in the middle circle...invert on the circle layer and delete on the part you
want showing...do the same thing with the green circle layer.put a drop shadow on all your tube parts.

resize entire tag if needed...add copy right information and your water mark

Give a friend a gift by adding their name...for the name I made it like the funky word art
I used a fat font and did the name in red and then in white...put the white layer under the red
and drop shadow to make it stand out......

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original....close all layers except background
copy/paste a paper of choice on top of background layer...
go to layers/load/save/load mask from discs and look for your mask...apply these setting

Create mask from:source luminance/orientation:fit to layer/options:hide all mask/load

apply following direction for each layer...select/float/defloat square shape layer
copy/paste paper of choice...go back to square shape layer and invert...now go back to
paper layer and delete/add drop shadow.
you can leave the glitter layer as is or you can color it to match your tag (I colored mine)
go to scrap kit and choose a color from a paper...go to dropper tube and choose the color you want
go to change to target brush and color it the color of your choice
continue with each layer choosing a paper for each layer

add your tubes of choice...resize and drop shadow each tube.
add color to the word art to match your tag
resize if needed....add copy right and watermark
and you're done!!!! Give a friend a gift and add their name...

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...Open paper7 and copy/paste overtop background
resize if needed ...go to layers/load-save mask and find your mask.

Activate circle layer...select/float/defloat/modify/expand by 1...copy/paste paper of choice
go to circle layer/invert....go to paper layer and delete...activate rectangle layer....select/
float/defloat/modify/expand by 1...copy/paste paper of choice...go to rectangle layer and invert
go to paper layer and delete...activate frame inside layer and using magic wand click inside frames...
copy/paste paper of choice...go to frame layer and invert...go to paper layer and delete..
I left frame layer/diamond layer and staple as is.

Now comes the fun part...customize your tag anyway you wish.
I chose to put a tube on one side of the frame and a pumpkin on the other side....
activate frame inside layer...selection/float/defloat and paste tube/resize if needed...
go to frame inside layerand invert...go to tube layer and delete... do the same with the
pumpkin....add your spider web/spider/bow and boo wordart...add a drop shadow on all your layers
except mask layer...add your main tube and position where you think best...add dropshadow...
I added the extra pumpkins and drop shadow. resize if needed....add copy right and watermark
and you're done!!!! Give a friend a gift and add their name...

Let's Begin

Open up Template ShiftD and close origunal.Delete copy layer.
Close all layers except white background. Go to scrap kit and Choose
paper of choice ...paste over top of background layer...Go to Layers
Load/save mask/load mask from disc and find mask WSL 204 with these
settings.....

Create mask from - Source luminance/Orienation-Fit to canvas
Options-Hide all mask...Click ok.layers/merge group

Open each layer on the template.Activate the layer/ Copy/paste paper of choice
Resize paper if needed...On the template layer/selection/invert then go to paper
layer and delete....merge downand add drop shadow. Repeat this process with each
layer until your template is finish.I resize each layer by 90%..
Now comes the fun part...
Select any element you wish for your tag...resize before placing/add dropshadow to
all your elements as you place them so you don't forget. Add your tube and resize
and add drop shadow....Resize the entire tag if your choose
Don't forget to add copyright and watermark. Be nice to a friend and gift the tag
with their name on it...Congrats you're done...

LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and duplicate and then close original

 (we will resize later)
x out all layers except background.

 Go to scrapkit and choose paper #1
Copy and paste above white background

go to Layers...load/save mask...load mask from disk

Merge group down resize by 90% 

 un x the eclipse layer and resize by 90% 3 times
-using magic wand, click inside eclipse - 
Go to kit and choose paper of choice ( I chose paper #16) and paste as
a new layer/selections/invert and delete. add drop shadow..

Unclick rectangle and resize by 90% 2times
using magic wand again click inside rectangle
Choose another paper and paste as a new layer
Selection/invert and delete. 
Click on the frame layer and resize by 90% 2 times 
 using magic wand choose paper/copy and paste as a new layer
selection/invert/delete all frame except the first frame.

Take your first tube and copy/paste and resize to fit frame
invert and delete/now give it a drop shadow in the color of the tube. 
Repeat this step for each frame. 
Once you have finish go to the rectangle layer and add a drop shadow.

Add your main tube/resize to fit
 and place it where it will look best
give it a drop shadow

Go to your Girl's On Film layer and un click it
resize by 90% 2 times...
(I separated  the words putting one on top 
and one on the bottom depending on which
 tube you use for your main tube)

Now for the wordart layer- 
First go to your mask layer and click on it.
take your freehand selection tool with
 the following setting shown below

Go around the top circle and cut the top circle off. Now to to elipse tool with the following setting shown below...

foreground black/background null/draw out an eclipse around top circle. 
Take your text tool/point it until you see the a)
 and type the same saying as word art
"I'm Wanted,I'm Hot,I'm Everything You're Not"
in Font of Choice( I used Blue Plate Special SW ) size 24 - 

once it's in position go to layer convert.

Now delete the Original Word Art Layer. 
ok let spice it up a little.
Add some embellishments of your choosing
 and give each one a drop shadow.
Resize and add your copyright and signature
....or give as a gift..




 Now it's time to add some animation

merge visible all layers and duplicate twice
x off top two layers and activate bottom layer
Go to VM Natural-Sparkle with the following setting

Random Seed as ...bottom layer-77
x off bottom layer and open middle layer- 
change only the random seed to 135- click ok
x off middle layer and open top layer- 
change only the random seed to 18- click ok

NOW LET'S GO TO ANIMATION SHOP AND FINISH OUR TAG

close off the top two layer and activate the bottom layer
 copy and paste in animation shop as a new layer
Go back to PSP and close bottom layer and activate middle layer
copy and paste in animation shop after current frame
Go back to PSP and close middle layer and activate top layer
copy and paste into animation shop after current frame
Go to Edit/select all/animation/frame properties/15
view animation...if satisfied Save as gif and you're done!!!

LET'S BEGIN
Open up template and duplicate/close original 
(we will resize later). x out all layers except background. 
Go to scrap kit and choose paper #4/resize to fit canvas. 
Copy and paste above white background. 
go to layers/load/save mask./load mask from disk
with these setting

Click ok/Merge group down
add raster layer and choose electric glitter #5.... 
copy/paste glitter and duplicate 3x....
arrange to your liking.... activate the square layer
 click inside square with magic wand 
go to kit and choose paper of choice ( I chose paper #16) 
and paste as a new layer/Selection invert and delete. 
add drop shadow...Activate frame 
using magic wand click inside of frame/color black
drop shadow/activate electric rock background layer
 add tube of choice/drop shadow
activate first musical note 
add a white gradient glow effect with the following setting

make sure it's underneath tube.
 unclick first star layer-using magic wand click inside
/selection/modify by 1......copy/paste paper #8
invert/delete / merge down/add drop shadow 
using magic wand again click inside next star. 
Choose paper#12/paste as a new layer/repeat process. 
Activate third star/choose paper #20 
paste as a new layer/repeat process again. 
add music staff/drop shadow/place underneath tube. 
activate 2nd musical note/add gradient glow to this one also. 
add microphone/add drop shadow
/add text word Electric Rock and give it a drop shadow. 

resize if needed/add copyright and your watermark
be nice and put a friend's name on it /now you're done.

you don't have to use what I used
be creative and use your imagination 
to make your tag a little different


LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and flood fill background white
 (we will resize later)
x out all layers except background. 
Go to scrap kit and choose paper #4. 
Copy and paste above white background.
 go to Layers...load/save mask...load mask from disk

Merge group down and Lower Opacity to 50% 
duplicate twice...do not merge...you should have 3 layers
Go to kit and copy blossom branch #2/resize if need 
and place underneath mask...duplicate and mirror
make one lower than the other.

unclick Big Wave and using magic wand click inside
copy and paste paper #7/Selection invert and delete. 
add drop shadow/unclick medium wave 
using magic wand again click inside.

 Click on color preview and choose the beige color 
with dropper and flood fill wave with that color. 
unclick wave line and using magic wand click inside
 go to kit and choose paper#5 
paste /selection/invert/delete
now add the same drop shadow

unclick diamond lines selection/float/unfloat
 and copy/paste paper #4...then selection/invert/delete
duplicate two times and do not merge
you should have three of these layers. 

unclick frame...now go and copy frame #3 
 paste over frame...merge down
using deform tool shape your frame in an oval shape

using magic wand click inside
choose paper #4/selection/invert/delete
 place paper under frame/drop shadow the frame

now place your tube on top of frame letting her legs swing down
 (choose the tube without the letters) 
drop shadow tube...place the flower ribbon
 #F2 in the upper right side add a drop shadow.


Now it's time to add some animation....
You have three mask layers...
x out the bottom two and 
on the top layer go to dbs flux bright noise 
and copy the following shown below

On the top layer use 30 and click once

On the middle use 30 and click twice

On the bottom use 30 and click three times

USE THESE SAME SETTING FOR THE 
THREE DIAMOND LINES LAYERS TOO

resize your tag before you place 
your copyright information and watermark on it
add a friends name as a gift

NOW LET'S GO TO ANIMATION SHOP AND FINISH OUR TAG

close off the bottom and middle layers of
 the mask and the diamond layers.
 Copy merge and take over to AS
 and paste as a new layer..
.go back to PSP and click the two top 
layers and unclick the two middle layers...
Copy merge and take to AS and
 paste after current layer...Go back a last time
 and click the two middle layers and unclick the 
two bottom layers...Copy merge and
 take to AS and paste after current layers
Save as a gif and you're done!!!

LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and flood fill background white

 Go to scrap kit and choose paper of choice.

go to Layers...load/save mask...load mask from disk

Merge group down and duplicate once

merge down/uncheck large rounded rectangle 

using magic wand click inside rectangle.

 Copy and paste choice of paper...selection/invert and delete.

Merge down and add drop shadow

Uncheck medium strip

using magic wand click inside 

choose paper of choice/copy/paste

selection/invert and delete

merge down and drop shadow

Uncheck small strip...using magic wand click inside

 choose paper of choice...copy/paste

selection/invert and delete

merge down and add drop shadow

go and choose frame of choice

copy /paste on top of large rectangle 

also choose which ever frame corner you like

 copy and paste in the corner of frame 

add drop shadow to both.

using magic wand click inside of photo frame

 copy/paste tube and resize 2 times by 80%

go to selection invert/delete drop shadow tube

color your bird to match your tag/tube

add drop shadow 

unclick sun and go to selection/float/unfloat

 and color it in color of choice

I used a light yellow go to kit

  choose lace flower of choice and copy on top of sun

resize by 80% and add drop shadow

paste your word art and place where you want it

use magic wand and click inside of the letter

 "Tweet"and choose paper of choice

selection/invert/delete

merge down and drop shadow.

resize your tag so that it's not too big

Add watermark and copyright

Give your tag to a friend
