This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Joel Adams.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using Cocotounette Designs Scrap kit
Called Souffle Fleuri...You can download it HERE

Mask of choice:I am using Urban Fairytale mask #53

Frame of Choice: I'm using a frame from Urban Fairytales
called short frame crupmple...You can get it HERE

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Font for Name is Bunchlo...HERE
Copy write is always done in Pixelette ...HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
     LET'S BEGIN

copy/paste paper of choice/and put underneath background layer
go to mask of choice with these setting and click ok

Open up Frame/ShiftD and closed original/remove copyright
information/click inside the sections of the frame/selections
modify/contract by 10%/copy/paste paper of choice/resize if
needed/go to frame layer/selections/invert/paper layer/delete
change color of paper to match tube choice

close paper layer for now/magic wand/click inside left lower
portion and middle area/selections/modify/expand by 12%/copy
paste your tube on left hand side/make sure it covers the small
lower portion and half of the left side(see my tag for reference)
on frame layer/selections/invert/on tube layer delete/duplicate
tube layer/on original layer/blend luminance legacy/on duplicated
layer/lower opacity to 66%/place this layer underneath original
layer/selection/none/add drop shadow to both/close both layers
for now

magic wand/click inside upper right portion and middle portion
selections/expand by 12%/copy/paste tube again/this time resize
tube by 120%/selections/invert/tube layer/delete/duplicate tube
on original layer/blend/screen/on duplicated layer/place under
neath original tube layer/selections/none/add drop shadow to both
open up the lower selections

now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element

copy/paste your main tube and place where it will look best/add
drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

Butterflies of choice

Font for name is Fireside Chat NF and 
copy write is always done in Pixelette ... Get them HERE

Drop shadow use throughout H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...copy/paste a paper of choice
go to layer/load/save mask and find your mask .....with the following setting:

create mask from source luminance/Orientation:fit to canvas
Options: hide all mask/hit load....merge group

now follow these directions for all layers

select/float/defloat...copy/paste paper....go to open circle layer and invert...go to paper
layer and delete/deselect/merge down and add drop shadow...repeat this with all layers

now to add some elements...copy/paste flower as a new layer/duplicate ...you
should have 2 flower layers...arrange the way you want them then x out all layers but the flower
layers and merge visible and add drop shadow...reopen rest of layers... copy/paste your butterfly
and duplicate 2x...after arranging where you want them merge visible butterflies layers only
add the flower doodles of choice ...duplicate and mirror and merge/add drop shadow
add your leaves of choice and arrange to your liking merge leaves layers only and add a drop shadow
add fall bow and arrange to your liking and add drop shadow

add your tubes/resize and add drop shadow....using font of choice write out Colors of Fall and place
on your tag where you want it/add drop shadow...resize entire tag before you place your
copyright and watermark....You're done!!!
