merge down/add drop shadow

activate right taupe square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

activate large creme circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/add drop shadow/leave dotted circle as is

activate light green square layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize 

paper/selections/invert on square layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate top rectangle layer 7/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

leave left white oval as is/activate left green oval/recolor to match

choose color from tube/add drop shadow

leave right white oval as is/activate right green oval/recolor to match

choose color from tube/add drop shadow

activate taupe oval layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper/selections

invert on taupe oval layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

leave next three layers of the shamrock as is/recolor glittered shamrock

to match tag/add drop shadow to glittered shamrock

activate right creme circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on right circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/position tube so the top part

is in the circle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/erase any excess

tube/add drop shadow to circle and tube/leave brush as is

activate left creme circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize paper

selections/invert on right circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge down

keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/position tube so the top part is 

in the circle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/erase any excess

tube/add drop shadow to circle and tube/leave dotted circles as is

leave word art layers as is/leave magic layers as is/copy/paste tube of 

choice/resize if needed/place on right side of tag/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shadow to each 

element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow.....now 

give your tag to a friend.

new tag/place on lower right side of your new tag

view animation/if satisfied/save as gif

now give your tag to a friend.

and make the tag your own you do not have to use any 

of the supplies I used.This will be an easy one.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new raster 600x600/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

copy/paste cluster frame/magic wand/click inside frame

selections/modify/expand by 10/copy/paste paper of choice

resize paper/selections/invert on frame layer/delete on 

paper layer/merge down on group/keep activate/copy/paste

tube of choice/resize to fit/delete on tube layer/duplicate

on original/blend/overlay/place duplicate beneath original/

add drop shadow to frame and tube

add any other element you wish to use/resize each element

add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube of choice/resize if needed/place 

your tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

delete decoration and brush layers

activate bottom dark rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on bottom dark rectangle layer
delete on paper layer/copy/paste element of choice/resize/place 
element so that it's hanging over the top part of the layer/add 
drop shadow

activate orange rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on orange rectangle layer/delete 
on paper layer/copy/paste element of choice/resize and place 
where it's peeping out at the side/add drop shadow to element
leave white rectangle and dotted rectangle as is/add drop
shadow to first rectangle

activate gold layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on gold layer/delete on paper layer/add drop
shadow

leave white rectangle as is/activate green rectangle
copy/paste paper of choice/resize/selections/invert on green
rectangle/delete on paper layer/add drop shadow to white rectangle
copy/paste element of choice/resize/place near top left corner
add drop shadow

activate bottom green rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on bottom green rectangle layer
delete on paper layer/add drop shadow/copy/paste elements of 
choice/resize to fit/add drop shadow

activate yellow circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on yellow circle layer/delete on paper 
layer/add drop shadow/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice
resize/delete on tube layer/erase all over hang so it won't show
duplicate/on original layer/blend/overlay/place duplicate under
neath original/add drop shadow to tubes/white circle and dotted 
circle as is

activate orange square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 
paper/selection/invert on orange square layer/delete on paper 
layer/add drop shadow/copy/paste elements of choice/resize
add drop shadow

on black wordart change  color to match your tag/then merge 
down twice/add drop shadow/repeat with next word art

add any other element you want to create your tag/resize if 
needed/add drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your 
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

Resize 700x700/ this will give you space to work/We'll
resize at the end

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original/Resize 700x700
this will give you space to work/We'll resize at the end
delete copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting 

and click ok/delete background layer

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep activated

copy/paste element flower2/resize if needed/duplicate/move where you
want it/merge down/blend screen/deactivate/add drop shadow

activate left circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to left circle
layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep activated

copy/paste heart3/resize if needed/duplicate several times/move where you
want it/merge down/blend soft light/deactivate/add drop shadow

leave the 2 large black squares as is/copy/paste any element you want on
top/resize if needed/add drop shadow

activate top grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to top grey
strip layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add drop shadow

activate ellipse layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to ellipse layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add drop shadow

activate dark grey layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to dark grey layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste
close up tube/resize/go to tube layer/delete/blend/hard light/deactivate
add drop shadow

activate small circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to small circle layer
invert/go to paper layer and delete/keep activated/copy/paste close up
tube of the face will show/deactivate/blend/screen/add drop shadow/leave
dotted circle as is

leave the two white squares and two black square as is/leave clover in top
square/add drop shadow/on bottom square/copy/paste tube/resize/sharpen if
needed/add drop shadow

activate top grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to top grey
strip layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/add drop shadow
place this strip on top of tube layer so the bottom of the tube doesn't
show/leave the word art layer as is.

Add any elements you wish to use to make your tag personal to you.
add drop shadow to all elements.

once you finish decorating your tag/resize to your liking

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow
...now give your tag to a friend.
