This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Enamorte.

Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Blend of Choice

Font for Name is Malgun Gothic

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-60/B-6.85

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new raster layer 800 x 800/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok

copy/paste paper of choice/resize to fit canvas/layers/load

save 2nd mask/find your mask/and set with these setting

click ok

copy/paste frame #1/resize if needed/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/click inside frame/selections/modify/expand 

by 15/selections/invert/delete on paper layer/place underneath frame

keep activate/copy/paste tube of choice/you want to resize so that

most of the face is within the frame/delete on tube

duplicate tube/adjust/hue-saturation/colorize/with these setting on

duplicated tube/click ok

(this small tutorial is from Kiya Designz)

eraser tool with these settings shape-circle/size 4 or lower/hardness

100/step-25/density-100/thickness-100/rotation-0/opacity-100/erase

around the following areas/lips/nails /eye and flowers in hair/see tag 

below for areas

once finish/duplicate top layer and close/merge duplicate and 

original tube/now go to blend overlay with these setting/click ok

 you can use any blend mode you wish to use/it's up to you/open saved

 layer and place underneath merge layer/merge down

drop shadow of H-3/V-3/O-80/B-5.00

now it's time to have some fun/add any other elements you wish to use

resize if needed/add drop shadow to each element/place where they will 

look best

add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient 

glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

For name use this inner bevel with these settings/gradient glow/thin 

setting/twice add drop shadow

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up frame1 and ShiftD and close original...copy/paste 

paper of choice/resize to fit layer/layers/load/save mask

find your mask/and set with these setting/click ok

open new raster layer/place underneath mask layer/flood

fill with the color white/effect/AAA Frame/foto frame with these setting

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate inside frame/selections/expand/expand by 10/copy/paste

paper of choice/resize/selections/invert on frame/delete on

paper/place paper underneath frame/selections/none/drop shadow 

on frame

copy/paste dog element/ place underneath frame,but on top of

paper/resize by 130%/center in middle of frame/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each element/place where they will look best

place word art where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

To animate

go to animation shop/open up animation that you are using for 

this tag/edit/select all/go to psp

Close all layers except foto frame and mask/copy/merge paste

as a new layer in animation shop/edit/select all/edit/duplicate 

5x/then click on frame/duplicate 3x/click on frame/dplicate 2x

you should have 23 frames

go to animation you chose/click copy/paste into selected frame

youwilldo this twice/one on either side at the bottom/now go

back to the animation you chose/animation/flip/copy/paste

into selected frame 2x at the top/close this animation

go back to psp/copy frame background/paste into animation shop

as a new animation/edit/select all/edit/duplicate 5x/click on 

frame/duplicate 3x/click onframe/duplicate 2x/copy/openup your

first animation/paste into selected frame/place in the middle 

of mask/go to animation your using/animation/flip/copy/into

selected frame 2x/place on background frame near bottom and top

go back to psp/copy/merge all layers except aaa frame/mask and

frame background/paste into animation shop as a new animation

duplicate 23x as previously shown/copy/paste into selected frame

place directly over frame background/view animation/if satisfied

save as gif/if not you need to redo

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate back circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize

paper/selection/invert on back circle layer/delete on paper

layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate rectangle shapes layer/copy/paste paper of choice/on 

the first rectangle shape/resize paper/selection/invert on that 

shape/delete on paper layer/merge down/choose the next shape 

and repeat until all shapes are done

copy/paste your tube or poser of choice/resize/place your 

poser on the largest shape/no not add drop shadow/erase all

excess tube below the bottom of shape

copy/paste the same tube or poser/resize/place this poser on

the top long shape/no not add drop shadow

now copy/paste the beetle and place on your right side near 

the bottom/resize to size of a real beetle/duplicate and

move the next beatle a little in front overlapping the first 

one/do this 4 more times until you have a total of 6 beatles

close out all of them except the first one

you will do this with the ladybug also only have the ladybug

going up the butt of the first poser/when done close off all

layers except the first one

do this also with the bumble bee near the top/position each

bee at a different point so it looks like it's zig zagging

leave these open so you can place the word art around the bee

with your font of choice /write out Baby Got Bug/one at a time

so you can place around the bee/once finish close all bees 

except the first one

add any elements you wish to use/resize/add slight drop shadow

to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animated 

Copy/merge and paste this first layer into animation shop

go back and close the first three bugs and open up the next

three bugs/copy/merge and paste after the first layer/do this

four more times so you should have a total of 6 frames in 

animation shop/edit/select all/animation/reverse frames/animation

frame properties/display time/60

view animation/if satisfied save and give to a friend

middle of circle/duplicate/on original layer/blend/overlay
place duplicate beneath original and lower opacity to 60%
add drop shadow to all

activate circle frame layer/selections/modify/smooth with
these setting/change color to black/selections/none/copy
paste/circle frame of choice/resize to fit circle/add
drop shadow

activate three strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on three strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/copy/paste elements of choice/resize if 
needed/place near bottom of strip/I used three/add drop shadow
to each

activate sm circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on sm circle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice
resize/place in the middle of circle/add drop shadow

activate sm circle frame layer/selections/modify/smooth with
these setting/change color to black/selections/none/copy
paste/circle frame of choice/resize to fit circle/add
drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place in front 
strip layer/duplicate/place behind strip layer/eraser tool/on
top layer/erase the bottom part in front of the strip layer
add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/copy/paste element of choice/resize to fit/add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube of choice/resize if needed/place where

it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow

to each/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight

layers/load/save mask/locate mask/set with these settings
below/click ok/lower opacity to 50%

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

copy/paste glitter stars/duplicate 3x/place on top of mask
layer/space out/merge down/add drop shadow

copy/paste frame03/resize/duplicate/place on top of one another
now move the top frame toward the right so that they overlap
make the top frame larger than the bottom
(see my tag for reference)

activate bottom frame/click inside frame/copy/paste paper of
choice/resize paper/selection/invert/on frame layer/delete on
paper layer/place paper underneath frame/keep activated/copy
paste tube of choice/place on right side just showing the face
delete on tube layer/make sure you erase excess tube/blend
screen/lower opacity to 68%/add drop shadow

activate top frame/click inside frame/copy/paste paper of
choice/resize paper/selection/invert/on frame layer/delete on
paper layer/place paper underneath frame/add drop shadow

copy/paste main tube/resize if needed/place where it will look
best/add drop shadow to tube

now here is where we get creative/your tag does not have to look
like mine/add any other elements to make your tag your own/add
drop shadow on each element/resize your tag

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
