This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Michael Calandra.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU LHD Michael Calandra IB 23-1

Template of choice:I am using Divine Intentions #311

Mask of Choice: I am using Weescotlass Creation #82
You can download it Here...Thanks Chell

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

Font for Name is  Euclid Fraktur
Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Dropshadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.

     LET'S BEGIN
So you can have room to work resize canvas to 900x900/you
will resize at the end before you add your © and watermark

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/
merge down/add drop shadow

activate glittered layer/go to hue/saturation/lightness
with these setting/click ok

then go to adjust/add/remove
noise with these setting/click ok

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on circle2 layer/delete on
paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate half circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on half circle layer/delete
on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate 3 frame background layer one at a time/copy/paste
element of choice/resize to fit/add drop shadow to each

on pink punk pixel words/go to hue/saturation/lightness 
with these setting/click ok

leave star and frame as is /add drop shadow

activate frame background layer/leave paper as is/copy/paste
tube of choice/resize to fit/duplicate/on original layer
blend/screen/on duplicate layer place underneath original
layer/leave frame layer as is/add drop shadow to all

leave word art as is a place where it will look best after
placement of your main tube/add a slight drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/place where it will look best
add drop shadow/crop your tag to remove all excess canvas
resize your tag 585x566

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a

slight gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
