LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/delete background

On the following raster layers follow these directions...
activate large square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
copy /paste element of choice
duplicate/mirror/merge down/duplicate flip/add drop shadow
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
copy /paste element of choice
duplicate/mirror/merge down/duplicate flip/add drop shadow
activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit/duplicate/mirror/add drop shadow
paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit/duplicate/mirror/add drop shadow
activate thin rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selection/invert on thin rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selection/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/keep activate/copy/paste close up tube/resize if needed
delete on tube layer/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of
choice/resize/place over top of tube/lower opacity to 50%
selection/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/keep activate/copy/paste close up tube/resize if needed
delete on tube layer/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of
choice/resize/place over top of tube/lower opacity to 50%
activate 2 square layer/make gradient with a dark and light
color/fill in both squares/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit
color/fill in both squares/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit
duplicate the square row/color every other square black/color
the other square yellow/now on the duplicate layer go the
opposite way and start with the yellow color of every other
one/then do the black/now your gonna separate the double line
so that you have four lines/two starting in black and two
starting in yellow(see tag)

copy/paste word art that's in the kit/change the color to
match the tag/add drop shadow
match the tag/add drop shadow
copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place your
tag where it will look best/add drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow ...now give your tag to a friend.

Animation
close off the first square block and the third square block
copy merge tag/take to animation shop and paste
go back and close the second and fourth square boxes and open the first
and third square boxes/paste after the layer in animation
shop/edit/select all/animation/frame property/30
copy merge tag/take to animation shop and paste

view your tag/if you're satisfied save your tag
