This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Jose Cano
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU Amy Marie Scraps
Hearts and Roses...You can purchase it HERE ..Amy
Template of choice:I am using Tagstemplatesandmore #97

Mask of Choice: I am using Insatiable Dreams Mask #162
You can download it Here ...Thanks Cat
Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
Font for Name and word art is Bradley Gratis  
Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.


     LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/delete background
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
resize all layers by 90%/dot square as is
activate black oval layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
selection/invert on black oval layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/copy/paste element of choice/resize if needed
place toward top/duplicate/move toward the bottom/add drop

shadow
activate dark pink rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer/delete on
paper layer/merge doen/copy/paste element of choice/resize
if needed/add drop shadow
activate pink circle merged layer/copy/paste paper of choice
/resize paper/selection/invert on circles layer/delete on
paper layer/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize
if needed/delete on tubed layer/duplicated/move to bottom
circle/on top circle/duplicate tube/on original layer/blend
screen/on duplicated layer lower opacity to 60%/on bottom
circle/duplicate tube/on original layer/blend/soft light
on duplicate layer lower opacity to 50%/add drop shadow
to all
activate bottom left black rectangle layer/copy/paste paper
of choice/resize paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate top right black rectangle layer/copy/paste paper
of choice/resize paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow/leave top
and bottom dotted lines as is
I redid the pixel wordart so that it could be seen/use any
small font
activate light pink rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of
choice/resize paper/selection/invert on rectangle layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/copy/paste elements of
choice/duplicate and mirror/add drop shadow/leave top
and bottom hearts as is/move them where they will look best
copy/paste main tube to your tag/place where it will look
best/resize if needed/add drop shadow
glittles circle as is/activate pink circle layer/copy/paste
paper of choice/resize paper/selection/invert on circle layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste
closeup tube/resize/delete on tubed layer/duplicate/on
original layer/blend screen/on duplicate layer/lower opacity
to 30%/add drop shadow to all
add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow to each element
add your main tube/resize if needed/place where it will look
best/ add drop shadow
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
