This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Animation Shop 3 or another animation program - Get it HERE
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Pinuptoons.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok/keep background/floodfill
white/effects/AAA frame/foto frame with these settings
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
activate square1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on square1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice/resize/place
on square1/add drop shadow
activate circle3 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on circle3 layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow/copy/paste element of choice/resize/place
on square1/add drop shadow
leave white circle back as is/activate circle4 layer/copy/paste
paper of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on circle4 layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow to circle/keep
activated/copy/paste close up tube/place on right side of circle
invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/remove excess tube
duplicate/on original layer/blend/overlay/place duplicate under
neath/lower opacity to 70%/add drop shadow to both tubes
activate square2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on square2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow/copy paste element of choice/resize/add
drop shadow to both
activate square3 layer/choose two colors from the papers/flood
fill square3/with the color/keep activated/copy/paste the next
closeup/resize/invert on square3 layer/delete on tube layer
selections/none/duplicate tube/on original layer/blend/hard
light/place duplicate underneath/lower opacity to 50%/add
drop shadow to both tubes
activate strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
leave sm circle1 back as is/activate small circle1 layer/choose
light color and flood fill circle1/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit/ add drop shadow
leave sm circle2 back as is/activate small circle2 layer/choose
light color and flood fill circle2/copy/paste element of choice
resize to fit/ add drop shadow
resize word art Happy Birthday/merge down/place near top of tag
recolor to match tag/add drop shadow
copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on your tag
where it will look best/add drop shadow/copy/paste word art
resize/add drop shadow
add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each/place where they will look best
for name alternate the colors in the letters/effects/inner
bevel with these setting/then add drop shadow
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow
To animate
copy/merge/paste into animation shop/find the animation you wish
to use/edit/duplicate you tag 5x and then click on frame and
duplicate 3x/then click and duplicate 1x for a total of 22 frames
move curser to first frame edit/select all
on your animation/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into
selected frame at top and bottom/view animation/if ok save as
gif/give to a friend
