This tutorial writer assumes you have a working 
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other 
Paint Shop Pro versions.





SUPPLIES NEEDED



Animation Shop 3 or another animation program - Get it HERE



Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Barbara Jensen.

Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU Amy Marie Shine Bright

Template of choice:I am using Additive Pleasures Template #21

Animation of Choice: I am using Scrappy Bit of Fun Animation # 71 and #72

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE

AAA Frame-Foto Frame.....HERE


Font for Name is About Sweet Memories

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE



Dropshadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination 

and make the tag your own you do not have to 
use any of the supplies I used.




     LET'S BEGIN


Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/keep background/floodfill
white/effects/AAA frame/Foto frame with these settings


On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate circle layer/leave mask as is/


activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper 
layer/merge down/add drop shadow/leave rectangle2,strip,strip2
and strip3 as is


leave small circle as is/activate small circle2/copy/paste paper 

of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete 
on paper layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice
selections/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/erase excess
tube/duplicate on original/blend/screen/place duplicate underneath 
add drop shadow


activate big circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice on right side

resize paper/selections/invert on big circle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/selections
invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/add drop shadow


activate big circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice on right side

resize paper/selections/invert on big circle2 layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/selections
invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer/duplicate/on original
tube/blend/hard light/place duplicate underneath original/add drop 
shadow


leave strips/and word art as is/add drop shadow



copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on your tag 

where it will look best/add drop shadow


add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow 

to each place where they will look best


add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 


To animate


close main tube and cat layer/copy/merge/paste everything 
else into animation shop/find the animation you wish to use/edit
duplicate you tag 6x and then click on frame and delete 1x/then 
click and delete 1x for a total of 31 frames/move curser to first 
frame edit/select all


on your animation #71/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into 

selected frame at big circle2


go back to tag and close all layers except main tube and cat layer

copy/paste and take to animation shop/dulpicate tube as before for 
31 frames/edit/select all copy/paste/paste into seleced frame/make 
sure it's in the middle of big circle2


open 2nd bling #72/edit select all/copy/paste into selected frame at

the bottom of tag


view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend
