This tutorial writer assumes you have a working 

knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,

but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Animation Shop 3 or another animation program - Get it HERE

Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Pinuptoons.

Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU TK Designs Neapolitan Ice Cream

Template of choice:I am using Denz Designz Template #239

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow and glass - HERE

Font for Name is Chopin Script 

Copy write is always done in Pixelette  HERE

Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination 

and make the tag your own you do not have to 

use any of the supplies I used.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask

and set with these setting/click ok/keep background/floodfill

white/effects/AAA frame/Foto frame with these settings

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

resize all layers by 120%/activate strip1 layer/copy/paste paper 

of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on strip1 layer/delete 

on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate strip2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on strip2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow

activate circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/add drop shadow

activate circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/add drop shadow/leave white shapes as is/add drop shadow

activate black square1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on black square1 layer/delete on paper 

layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy paste element of choice

resize/add drop shadow to both

activate black square2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on black square2 layer/delete on paper 

layer/merge down/add drop shadow/copy paste element of choice

resize/add drop shadow to both

activate pink circles layer/copy/paste paper of choice one at a 

time/resize paper/selections/invert on pink circle layer/delete 

on paper layer/merge down/keep activated/copy/paste close up tube

resize to fit/erase excess tube/duplicate/on original layer/blend

hard light/place duplicate layer underneath/add drop shadow to both

tubes and circle/repeat on other circle excatly as the first circle

only/blend/overlay/place duplicate underneath/add drop shadows/leave

white rectangles as is/add drop shadow/delete black shape

activate pink strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on pink strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/add drop shadow

copy/paste alphs to form word art/resize 50%/close all layers except

alphs layers/merge visable/effects/eye candy 4000/glass with these 

settings/add drop shadow

copy/paste your tube of choice/resize if needed/place on your tag

where it will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow

to each/place where they will look best/use alphs to spell out the 

person name/merge visable/effect/eye candy 4000/glass/with same

setting

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animate

copy/merge/paste into animation shop/find the animation you wish 

to use/edit/duplicate you tag 6x and then click on frame and 

duplicate 3x for a total of 36 frames/move curser to first frame

edit/select all

on your animation/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into 

selected frame at different intervaes 4x/view animation/if ok

saves as gif/give to a friend
