This tutorial writer assumes you have a working
knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other
Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Animation Shop 3...You can download HERE
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome workart of Jessica Dougherty.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copy
right layer/close all layers/new raster layer/open background
layer/effects/AAA frame/foto frame with these settings/click ok
copy/paste/paper of choice/resize to canvas/layers/load/save mask
find your mask/using these settings/click ok/layers/merge group
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
activate half circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on half circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/leave frame as is/add drop shadow
activate black strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on black strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
activate blue strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on blue strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
activate grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on grey strip layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow
activate black inner right rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of
choice/resize paper/selections/invert on black inner layer/delete
on paper layer/keep activated/copy paste tube of choice/invert on
rectangle layer/delete on tube layer/duplicate tube/on original
tube/blend/overlay/place underneath original/add drop shadow to
bottom tube leave frame as is/add drop shadow
activate black inner left rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on black inner layer/delete on paper
layer/copy/paste elements of choice/resize to fit/add dropshadow
place on top of frame/add drop shadow to frame
activate blue inner rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on blue inner layer/delete on paper layer
copy/leave frame as is/add drop shadow to frame
copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on top rectangle/add
drop shadow/copy /paste element of choice to cover bottom of tube
resize/add drop shadow
add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to each
place where they will look best/add word art of choice/add drop shadow
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow
To animate
copy/merge/paste into animation shop/open up bling you want to
use/on tag duplicate for 14 frames/go to bling/edit/select all
take to tag/copy into selected frame 3x/three at the top
view animation/if satisfied save as gif/give to a friend
