Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/choose paper of choice
copy/paste and put underneath background layer/go to mask
of choice with these setting and click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
First resize canvas to 850 x 850 so you'll have room to work
next, resize each layer by 120 two times
activate rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to
rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/keep activated
copy/paste close up tube/place where whatever part you want
showing/duplicate 3x/delete the excess from each tube/merge
down each tube/duplicate again on original/blend/screen/on
duplicate lower opacity to 60%/add drop shadow to both
activate long rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go
to long rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/add drop shadow
copy paste whatever element you want to choose/I did the tree
resize to fit/add drop shadow
activate long thin rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
go to long thin rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and
delete/merge down/add drop shadow
copy/paste another element of choice/I used the heart/resize
duplicate 2x/place below one another/merge down each layer
add drop shadow
activate short rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go
to short rectangle layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete
merge down/keep activated
copy/paste/another element of choice/I chose bow4/resize
duplicate/place side by side/merge down/add drop shadow
activate square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to square
layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down
copy/paste/close up tube/resize to fit where you want it

next I used a frame instead of the dotted frame/resize to fix
add drop shadow/change the color of the heart to match your tag
add drop shadow/also change the color to the dotted doodle/also
add drop shadow
activate circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/go to circle
layer/invert/go to paper layer and delete/merge down/keep
activated/copy/paste element of choice/I used the posey/resize
to fit/add drop shadow/change the color of the circle frame
add drop shadow to circle frame
copy/paste your main tube/place where you think it will look
best/resize if needed/add drop shadow
now add any other element you wish to use to make your tag your
own/add drop shadow on each element
you can either add a word art to your tag or not...it's up to you
I added the paper on the name to match the word art
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow ...now give your tag to a friend.
