This tutorial writer assumes you have a working knowledge of
using Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop 3.
This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,but can be adapted
to use in other Paint Shop Pro versions.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Animation Shop 3 ...Get it HERE
Tube of choice: I'm using the awesome work of Ted Hammond.
Please do not use unless you have a license to do so.

Scrapkit of Choice: I am using PTU Ted Hammond IB-46-3

Template of choice:I am using Dee'sSign Depot Template school

Animation of Choice: I am using Scrappy Bit Of Fun animation #528&552

Filters used:Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow - HERE
AAA Frame - foto frame HERE
Font for Name is Impact
Copy write is always done in Pixelette HERE
Drop shadow use through out H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5.00

my tag is just a guide...please use your imagination
and make the tag your own you do not have to
use any of the supplies I used.
LET'S BEGIN
Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok
close mask layer and open background layer/effect/AAA Frame
Foto frame with these setting/click ok
On the following raster layers follow these directions...
name all layers that you add/that way it will be easier to know
which ones to close when you animate
activate large grey rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
leave all white strip layers as is/add drop shadow
activate left grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on left grey strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate right grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on right grey strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate right of center grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on right of center grey strip layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate left of center grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on left of center grey strip layer
delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow
activate center grey strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on center grey strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow
leave both white circle layers as is/add drop shadow
activate right grey circle layer/match a color from one of the papers
within the kit/flood fill that color in the circle/add drop shadow
activate left grey circle layer/match another color from one of the
papers within the kit/flood fill that color in the circle/add drop
shadow
Merge down detention black/detention white and detention drop shadow
merge down cross out and cross out drop shadow
merge down back to school black/back to school white/and back to
school drop shadow
leave all other layer as is/add drop shadow
add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow
to each element/place where they will look best
copy/paste tube of choice/place where it will look best/resize if
needed/add drop shadow
add another word art of choice if wanted
add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight
gradient glow.....
To animate
on your tag close the following layers
detention word art
cross out word art
back to school word art
calculator
i pod
rock star book
diary
main tube
closeup tube
white rectangle
dark grey rectangle
black rectangle
copy/paste tag into animation shop/as new animation/edit/duplicate
selected 5x then 3x/click on tag/duplicate 1x/you should have 22 frames
open up animation #552/go to last frame/copy last frame/paste after
current frame/now you should have 22 frames/edit/select all/copy/paste
into selected frame/place between circles/view animation for correct
position
go back to psp and close all layers except
white rectangle
dark grey rectangle
black rectangle
copy/merge/paste into animation shop as new animation
edit/ duplicate selected 5x/click on tag/then 3x/click on tag/duplicate 1x
you should have 22 frames/edit/select all/copy/pasted into selected frame
place on top of first animation (see finish tag for placement)
view animation again/books should becoming out of the back of the blackboard
now open animation #528/edit/select all/copy/paste into selected frame
2x on top of black board in two different places
go back to psp/close those layers and open the following layers
detention word art
cross out word art
back to school word art
calculator
rock star book
i pod
diary
main tube
closeup tube
copy/merge/paste into animation shop as new animation
edit/ duplicate selected 5x/click on tag/then 3x/click on tag/duplicate 1x
you should have 22 frames/edit/select all/copy/pasted into selected frame
see finish tag for placement
view your animation one last time to make sure everything is where it's
suppose to be/if satisfied/save as gif
now give your tag to a friend.
