Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete 

copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice

resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find mask/on paper

layer/invert/on mask layer delete/with these settings

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate half circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice resize

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/keep activated/copy paste element of choice/resize

to fit/leave circle frame as is/add drop shadow to element and 

frame

leave black strip as is/activate blue strip layer/copy/paste paper 

of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on strip layer/delete on 

paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow/

leave grey strip as is/leave black Inner right square as is/activate

copy/paste tube of choice/resize tube to fit/invert on black square

delete on tube layer/leave frame as is/add drop shadow

leave black inner left square and frame as is/add drop shadow 

activate blue square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on blue square layer/delete on paper layer/merge

down/leave square frame as is/add drop shadow 

copy/paste tube of choice/resize if needed/place on left side/add

drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to 

each place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow/now give your tag to a friend

activate long rectangle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper /selections/invert on rectangle1 layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/leave dotted rectangle as is/add drop shadow 

activate long rectangle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper /selections/invert on rectangle2 layer/delete on paper layer

merge down/leave inside rectangle as is/add drop shadow 

activate sm circle1 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on sm ircle1 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/copy/paste element of choice/resize to fit/circle frame as 

is/add drop shadow

activate sm circle2 layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper

selections/invert on sm circle2 layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/copy/paste element of choice/resize to fit/circle frame as

is/add drop shadow

change color on word art to match tag/also change black text to white

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to 

each place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animate

copy/merge/paste tag into animation shop/edit/duplicate you tag 5x 

and then click on frame and duplicate 3x/for a total of 21 frames

move curser to first frame/edit/select all

on your animation/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into selected 

frame two times at different areas(see my tag for placement)

view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend

add your main tube to your tag/place where it will look best/add

drop shadow

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animate

close main tube/phone and flowerbox/copy/merge/paste tag into animation 

shop/edit/duplicate you tag 5x and then click on frame and duplicate 3x

for a total of 21 frames/move curser to first frame edit/select all

on your animation/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into selected 

frame two times at different areas(see my tag for placement)

go back to psp and close all tabs except main tube/phone and flower box

copy/paste as a new animation/duplicate for a total of 21x/copy/paste 

into selected frame/see my tag for placement of this layer

view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend

all layers if needed

activate word art/pick two colors from the papers/change color 

on word art alternating each letter/do the same for the hearts

add drop shadow

activate black circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on black circle layer/delete on paper 

layer/merge down/change color if needed/add drop shadow

activate heart gradient fill layer/using the darker color/choose

a lighter color to match/using these setting

activate heart frame layer/colorfill with the  darker color/add 

drop shadow

activate orange circle left layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow to circle/keep activated/copy/paste tube of 

choice/place in middle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer

remove excess tube/duplicate/on original layer/blend/hardlight/place 

duplicate underneath/add drop shadow to both tubes

activate orange circle right layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize 

paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge 

down/add drop shadow to circle/keep activated/copy/paste tube of 

choice/place in middle/invert on circle layer/delete on tube layer

remove excess tube/duplicate/on original layer/blend/hardlight/place 

duplicate underneath/add drop shadow to both tubes

change colors on dotted circle left and dotted circle right/add drop

shadow/change color on word art to match tag/add drop shadow

copy/paste your main tube/resize if needed/place on your tag where it 

will look best/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize/add drop shadow to each

place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight 

gradient glow 

To animate

close copyright/main tube and wordart/copy/merge/paste everything 

else into animation shop/find the animation you wish to use/edit

duplicate you tag 6x and then click on frame and duplicate 4x

for a total of 41 frames/move curser to first 

frame edit/select all

on your animation #106/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into selected 

frame three times at different areas/

go back to tag and close all layers except tube/copy/paste and take to

animation shop/dulpicate tube as before for 41 frames/edit/select all

copy/paste/paste into seleced frame/make sure it's in the middle

go back to tag and close tube and open copyright and wordart/copy/paste

and take to animation shop/duplicate this tag for 41 frames/copy/paste

into selected frame/copyright should over on top of leg near the end

view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend

To animate

close main tube and cat layer/copy/merge/paste everything 

else into animation shop/find the animation you wish to use/edit

duplicate you tag 6x and then click on frame and delete 1x/then 

click and delete 1x for a total of 31 frames/move curser to first 

frame edit/select all

on your animation #71/edit/select all/take to your tag/copy into 

selected frame at big circle2

go back to tag and close all layers except main tube and cat layer

copy/paste and take to animation shop/dulpicate tube as before for 

31 frames/edit/select all copy/paste/paste into seleced frame/make 

sure it's in the middle of big circle2

open 2nd bling #72/edit select all/copy/paste into selected frame at

the bottom of tag

view animation/if ok/save as gif/give to a friend
