you have a working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Fed X2k7..
You can purchase his tubes HERE at MPT.
Please do not use without a license to do so.
Scrap kit of Choice: I'm using Light & Airy by Sophistical Simone..

Word art of Choice:I'm using Word art Template#5

Font for name is Battlelines and copy write is
always done in Pixelette ... Get them HERE
Drop shadow use throughout H-2/V-2/O-50/B-5
LET'S BEGIN
Open up a transparent background 600x600
flood fill white (we will resize later)
open up paper of choice and paste as a new layer
open frame1 and paste as a new layer
on top of the paper layer...copy/paste tube
and place on top of frame layer
duplicate tube and close this layer
now go back to frame layer and
select/float/defloat/invert
now go to the original tube layer and delete
select none
now go to the crop tool and crop
all unwanted tube from bottom of frame
now go to your word art/color it to match your tag
using colors from your tube
copy /paste word art as a new layer on top of copy tube layer
resize this layer to your liking....add any element you would
like to make this tag your own
add drop shadow to all layers except paper layer
resize tag to your liking
add copyright and watermark
be nice to a friend and add their name
and you're done!!!
