Hot Kisses

Here's another tutorial I wrote.This is a very simple but elegant tutorial.

Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.All my tutorial are register
with My Free Copyright. Please do not claim as your own.This tutorial writer assumes you
have a working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro. This tutorial was done in Paint Shop Pro9,
but can be adapted to use in other Paint Shop Pro versions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of Choice: I am using the awesome artwork of Joe Cano..You can purchase his tubes HERE

Please do not use without a license to do so

Scrap kit of Choice: I'm using one of my own called Hot Kisses...you can download HERE

Template of Choice: I'm using one of Missy templates#160..You can find it HERE

Mask of Choice: I am using mask WSL207 ..you can get it HERE...Thanks Chelle

Font for name is Copper Penny dtp and copy write is always done in Pixelette ... Get them HERE

Drop shadow use throughout H-2/V-2/O-50/B-6.72

Filter used Alien Skin Eye Candy5-Nature- Fire get it HERE

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer

close all layers except the background layer...the one we'll be working on

Choose a paper from the kit/copy and paste paper n top of background layer/resize to fit layer/

Go to layers/Load/save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting: create mask from source luminance..../orientation: fit to layer.../Options: Hide all masks/load /Layers/merge/merge group.

Now open up thin rectangle layer/activate the layer /choose paper of choice/copy paste paper/go to rectangle

layer and invert/go to paper layer and delete.

Repeat process with the second thin rectangle and the square layer

Now I deleted the large rectangle layer and used a heart frame/ Place heart frame over top of square layer

activate heart frame layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/expand by 1

select another paper from kit and after resizing place on top of heart frame layer

Go to frame layer and invert/then to paper layer and delete/merge frame layer and paper layer

Now it's time to have fun with your imagination. Use whatever elements you want to make your tag your own.

I used the bow,heart charm and the lips

I changed the word art to Hot Kisses /selections/select all/float defloat/copy and paste with paper of

choice/go to word art layer and invert/go to paper layer and delete

Duplicate the word art 2 times for a total of three layers/ closed top two layers

go to effects/plug in and find the filter/use filter with these setting below

and random seed 0f 11/apply to first layer

close first layer and open 2nd layer and apply filter with random seed at 629

close 2nd layer and open 3rd layer and apply filter with random seed 1006

put drop shadow on all your layers except the word art layer

add your copyright and watermark and you're done

Now let's go to animation shop

closed top 2 layers of word art and copy-merge all layer and paste in animation

closed 1st word art layer and open 2nd layer and copy-merge layers and paste after current frame

in animation

closed 2nd layer and open 3rd layer of word art and copy-merge layers and paste after current frame

in animation/select all/ view animation..if ok saved as gif.

No Scrap Tutorial - Rac Babes Rocks

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up New Template 500x500/flood filled with white
Go to layers/Load/save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting

create mask from source luminance..../orientation: fit to layer.../Options: Hide all masks/load
Layers/merge/merge group.../re done mask again with a different color from one of your tubes
merge both groups together

Add your three tubes and position where you want them...add drop shadow...add some musical notes
chose a font and write Rac Babes Rocks and place on tag (see my tag)...resize all layers

Add your copyright and watermark and you are done...

No Scrap Tutorial - Brat With An Attitude

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer

close all layers except the background layer...the one we'll be working on

Choose a colors from your tube...I chose bc1517/go to layers new raster layer and flood fill with that

color/Go to layers/Load/save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting:

create mask from source luminance..../orientation: fit to layer.../Options: Hide all masks/load

Layers/merge/merge group...

open flower layer/selection/select all/float/defloat...color bc1517

using pixelette font size 8 type the word brat on top of the flower layer

go to Mura Filter Meister-copies with the following settings

Go to the flower layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/then invert
now to the word art layer and delete... brat word art should now be within the flower
Go to word art layer and duplicate/on original layer change  the color to white and close
and on copy layer flood fill with color from tube...I used C11318
Give bottom layer a drop shadow. On the heart layer/selections/select all/float/defloat
/modify/smooth...with smoothing amount-10/corner scale-10/anti-alias / preserve corners checked
flood-fill with white/ select none


0n the word layer change color to match your tag/ add your tube of choice/bring your tube down
until it  lays on the bottom of the brat word( see my tag )...add a drop shadow to tube
on the stars layer change the color to white...now add drop shadow to layers that were not done
previously.


Add your copyright and watermark and you are done...resize if needed

Rock Around The Christmas Tree

Let me just say that scrappers are making awesome templates and most of them don't need any extras to make your tag look good,but so that my creations won't look like every one else... I change the color and added a few extra elements from the kit and moved a thing or two.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer
close all layers except the background layer...the one we'll be working on

Add paper of choice from the kit/copy/paste and
Go to layers/Load/save mask/load mask from disk/ and find your mask of choice...with these setting

create mask from source luminance..../orientation: fit to layer.../Options: Hide all masks/load
Layers/merge/merge group...I resize the mask so that it showed only in the window
now go to the snow layer and duplicate and merge down so that the snow will show better

On the main fill layer I chose a color from the kit and load in color pallet box-then I used the
target brush and color the entire main frame....you can leave it like it is or you can now
choose a paper of choice and fill in the rectangle boxes like I did.-merge this layer down on top
of main fill layer/the main outline layer I left as is.

On the Blind fill layer I also change the color by going to adjust/hue saturation/colorize
hue-255/saturation-177/click ok...on the rect outline I added a paper to the border/merge down.

For the tree layer and tree frame I removed them and replaced it with the tree from the kit
resize and give a drop shadow...Now add any other elements you want, giving them a drop shadow.

For the text layer go to adjust/colorize and give it the same color as the blind fill layer...
now hide that layer, we will open it later

what I did for the X-mas spray layer was used the Christmas balls in the kit, but I resized them
first...after applying them merge down the layers so that they are all on one layer/sharpen and give
a down shadow them merge down on top of X-Christmas spray layer.

Now Copy/paste your tube of choice/resize and give a drop shadow...now reopen your text layer and
place it where you can see it.

Resize the whole tag before you add copyright and watermark and your done!!!!

FTU Elias Chatzoudis - T.G.I.F. Christmas

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Frame and ShiftD and close original...delete copyright layer
close all layers except the raster layer #4...the one we'll be working on
Activate Raster 4/selections/select all/float/defloat...

take your first tube and place where you want it ...use my tag as a guide.
do to raster layer and invert/then go back to tube layer and delete.
Do this with the remaining tubes (I used four tubes here)
lower opacity to around 40 on each tube then merge all the tube layers together

Now closed both layers and open the TGIF layer...Activate each letter one at a time
and place your tube where you want it to show..go to word layer to invert and then
go back to tube layer to delete...Do this three more times with your other tubes
until all four letters have a tube inside the letter.merge down after each time you
delete.

close this layer and open the layer raster #6 and the copy layer...Flood fill your color
pallet with a color from you tube...I used the red color and using your change to target
brush...color both layers in the color you chose...now color the heart in the same color
so that it will match the tag.Place you main tube where you like it best and give it a
drop shadow...rest your tag and place the copyright and your watermark....
